Hotels staff were the best! We came early in the morning and were very tired, and the resipsionist gave us breakfast despit it wasn't paid. They also gave us the room earlier than check-in time without any additional payments, although I'd like to pay. I also asked them about separate beds, and they did it for us. They told us about parking rules around the city. It was very useful information because we didn't know about free parking at the weekend. Thus, the staff were very helpful and polite!

The hotel isn't so new, and you can find out some scratches on the furniture or etc. But it doesn't matter!

Great budget hotel, even lower price than Ibis 👌 Don’t expect toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner and the like, they don’t do that, but the included free breakfast was very good actually (with a lot of pastries and even cheese, ham, eggs and sausages)

Rooms at afternoons / night were a bit too dark, but it didn’t bother me that much (although it means packing in the morning). Also, the would get so hot during the day if windows weren’t opened 🥲 and the bathroom didn’t have much of an extractor for steam/odors so that was a bit erm, tricky haha. Also beverages cost starting from 1,5 euro from their machines that are the small cups they serve in the breakfast… It’s too expensive for what it is.

The location was a 5-10 minutes walk to the old town, the building was nicely renovated, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage there till our departure time. If you’re using tram, the station is nearby. Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and heated. Wifi was working.

There wasn’t a lot of closet space in the room.

breakfast better than average french one, enough hot and cold positions in the buffet. Good tea, choice. Bread perfect, fresh. Staff with help and smile. Advantage is free use of coffee/hot water near reception even in the night, if needed - self service. Very quiet location. Area of nice houses from XIX/XX century plus post war synagogue. Room inside large as I had disabled room, anyway equipment modern and enough. Backyard view, but not dark. Bathroom with window even.

a bit far from tram - anyway trams are the best form of transportation. Even early night service, what is so helpful. Strasburg is very dark in the night - low located street lightening, narrow streets, old houses, all make this is a bit special atmospphere in the center. Anyway daily walks are better than night ones + very little cars observed in the city, when we imagine not provinicial city but EU metropole.. . anyway good for walkers/bikers.

Nice friendly hotel away for the city center. It was a typical size room with small WC. Breakfast was OK, but not great, it had the advanced coffee machines. All in all, it was fine.

The eggs were lukewarm, some of the baked goods might have been a day old? Street noise was sort of loud for being across from a park.

Very nice staff, facilities were clean, room straightened every day and fresh towels every day. Excellent location with a tram stop close by.

Curtains in room were torn. Had to constantly keep re-connecting to the WiFi. Not enough space to set stuff out. Soap dispensers in shower and at sink did not work were well-it was hard to push the soap out.

The hotel was located close to the city centre, and it was clean. A bit old but clean. The room was big enough with a spacious bathroom and desk. Continental breakfast was good, and staff were friendly.

The room wasn’t as brightly lit as I would have liked but it was adequate. The wifi was very weak in my room, and I had to resort to my hotspot to get Internet.

The room was clean and cozy. We had a nice view of the park. Breakfast was hot and filling. We enjoyed eating in the courtyard. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The mattress was a bit old, and the room only had one full-sized towel when we arrived. That was quickly fixed and honestly, for the price, the room met my expectations.

Hotel in great location. Room was clean and cool. Loved being able to open all the windows that looked out onto their courtyard.

Minor but could have done with more electric points and TV with English speaking channels.

The hotel is lovely and the Brazilian receptionist was friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was complete and varied, in a clean and neat area. Room was comfortable. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave the bags in their care after check out, at no charge. We made same-day reservations, and they accommodated us with no problems. Area is so nice to walk around and it front of a park.
