The staff was amazing, rooms were clean, and the gym had a lot of good equipment that most hotels don't usually have.
The pool that is most obvious in the advertisements and is what primarily made us want to stay there was closed for construction. While this is understandable, I think it's wrong to not inform people and continue to keep that on the advertisements. Wifi was inconsistent, although staffing tried their best to fix it. The horseback riding was advertised as well, and another part of the resort that made us want to stay there but there is a weight limit that they don't tell you until you try to book it. Members of my family weren't able to utilize both the pools we wanted AND the attractions that we came to this resort to see.

Breakfast … was ok for me … my partner ended up just getting the same things over and over the selections for other nationalities where a bit limited to the same cereals and bread. It would have been better if there was a toasting unit available to use . Staffs … can’t fault them all where enthusiastic to help .. thumbs 👍🏼 up. They’re always making sure you’re well attended too . Facility … it’s a massive land area … waiting for the shuttle services sometimes is daunting the roads are rough to travel … hit my head at one time on the AC when we rammed through the rough road. It’s well spread out … and it’s a good sign to see there’s always something going on … be it the side of the roads or the pool there’s always that upgrade works they do to maintain the facilities integrity 👍🏼
What didn’t I like …. Hmmm … I guess the part where we have to leave 🥲 If I may suggest please … the pool bar area if there could be a much sufficient shade along side it would be great help for people like myself who has allergies to the sun … yes it’s sad that I do have allergic reactions to sun rays … it’s just a small suggestion.

Everything was great.
The only negative is that there is no resort map supplied. The resort is massive with lots of amenities like restaurants, pools shops etc. It's quite hard to see what exactly is where. I think a map explaining what restaurant is where and the type of food that's served, pool type is it a family pool, more aimed at adult relaxation etc. The website also does not have much information available.

First of all I must say I can't support any of the negative reviews I have read, specially on the internal transfer with vans or the breakfast. We waited maximum 4-5min whenever we wanted to go from the hotel to the beach, or main gate, or Khudeta beach club. The breakfast is just unusual for Europeans, that doesn't make it bad. Since the hotel and the premises have a quite good standard some guests apparently are not satisfied with the standard of the breakfast. I just think that Europeans are just not used to eat hot rice, pasta, chicken, pork or fish in the morning. There is no milk or Joghurt or cheese for example. But I still found enough to get my belly happy. Vegans might not be so happy with the options. The personnel is great, very helpful and friendly. There are some acts (music) sometimes in the evening which was very nice. The restaurant had a decent quality and prices were ok. Overall I find that you get a lot for the money. We payed the same price in El Nido for a very basic hotel.

The value is phenomenal! Just be aware, this used to be award winning resort precovid. Since then half of its facilities is abandoned and isn't presenting itself too well, including the biggest beachside pool with apocalyptic vibe. However, you still get a wonderful experience with the remaining pools available, including 2 infinity pools or a more relaxed pool by the main gate. Be aware the resort is huge - you either must enjoy walking or be patient with the resort shuttles not to ruin your experience. The room itself was big, comfortable and clean. Last but not least - the staff is really amazing! They were happy to assist with whatever issue there were. The only issue with the place seems to be the lack of proper management.

It’s awesome. You will love it. If you wanna go on an adventure, they have it all or just staying in the premises you wouldn’t get bored. They had an amazing pool. We all had a great time staying wish we could stay longer.
There’s not much not to like at all. Everything is great and beautiful.

I love the serenity this resort brings . We booked the island suite in Ilang-ilang which is 3 mins drive from monterey cafe where breakfast is served and check-in was facilitated . We had a golf course as our view . Breakfast - Breakfast was one of the factors why I booked this for my family. Food is great and they served something different everyday during our 3-day stay. Staff - Their staff is attentive and we always have clean room everyday. Security - There is always a security guard posted . They also send a radio message if you need a ride going out of your place so you dont wait wondering when the service will arrive. Access to Citymall - Citymall has 3 fastfood if you wanted to be on a budget Mang Inasal , Jollibee and Chowking Paradise cove beach - close to key hole and a private beach with lounge area for Fairways guests only. It is also close to one of their infinity pools . They went beyond the expectations when they called southwest for our private pick up going to the airport. BEST EXPERIENCE in Boracay! Thanks Fairways!
The paradise cove beach is a bit rocky with sharp shells . TIP : STAY BESIDE THE HUGE ROCK across the small cave which has more sand than rocks . There was no electrical oulet close to the bedside table in our room. Therw was one near the dining table and vanity mirror. Other than that all good !

The hotel was exceptional, amazing pools and the nicest private beach. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms arw clean and beds are very comfortable. The place has numerous cool chilling corners and (infinity) pools, restaurants and bars. It has huge green areas and it provides peace from the buzz in White beach (which is just a short bus ride away with Southwest hop on hop off bus). Everything on the island can be accessed with that bus which departs from the front of the hotel.
The breakfast is nice but could maybe accomodate more European taste with more options for salad and sandwhich materials. But it has variety so it is still very good.

secluded from the busy area of boracay, you can enjoy and relax peacefully
the only downside is that you need to ride the resort shuttle everywhere you go around, i think it would be nice if they have bike rentals and ebikes for the guest to avoid the long que and waiting for the shuttle.

It was good but only for one night. :) It has a lot going on. Has plenty locations to see within complex . Its massive. Stayed here just to try it out. There is a private beach area, that is pretty cool. Loads foreigners from different parts of the world. Felt very nicely multicultural. Banana Fritters delish. Great Wifi Bed Sheets soft and comfy Hotel itself for this amount of people , super well organised. Not too far from main station. Loads stuff to do in complex. Like super a lot.
All pools had a water that was warm. Crazy amount of people (loads families) Have to wait forever for shuttle bus just to go around, or get out of complex. (and you can see they trying their best. Just too much demand) Food for breakfast was 6/10, pretty basic. Its ok, but you wont be rushing to fill plate again. You could hear people in communal areas while in your room Its bit on pricier side to order food. Also kitchen close at 9pm, so no food at all nowhere to buy at night or to order. So make sure you have something in the room. As there is no store around that you could just walk too.
