Design of the building and interior is nice and quite artistic. It's located right next to an AEON in case you need some supplies. Quite comfy pillows and duvet.

The layout of the room is a bit weird (very long instead of square, which makes it feel somewhat small. TV Location on the side instead of in front of the bed. Bathroom is large but instead of having a simple shower cabin they put a glass wall for shower and toilet together and you can't open the glass door fully as it's blocked by the toilet. A bit weird but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished with vintage like decor and creative layouts. The design is worthy of a fashion magazine photo shoot. The superior bedroom was very large, had a comfortable bed, comfortably air conditioned, and well equipped with safety box, refreshments, and bathroom amenities. The location of hotel was a short walk from a local shopping mall with a variety of stores and amenities.

There were no breakfast on site and no nearby eateries that offered breakfast before 11am. The location of the hotel was in a still incompleted shopping strip, very dirty corridors with uncollected trash, and too many stray dogs.

This is my 3rd time with M Boutique Hotel Station 18. I got my request worked out as i prefer a proper bathroom with doors rather than a open concept bathroom. The cleanliness was a whole lot more better than my previous stay, no dirt stains coming out during shower. The staff was superbly friendly who got what i requested for like room slippers, shower gel and tissue box. I think im starting to like this place for short stay somehow.

I think the pricing with booking.com and what the hotel charged wasnt tally. The hotel charged extra?! Other than that i think its ok.

Near Aeon shopping centre. and Grab services are easily available. It's a bit further from town and takes about 15 minutes to town. The hotel was very dark and they should install more lighting in corridor to rooms, also appear dusty with lanterns hanging in the walkway.

Lights in bathroom was not functioning and staff (only one at reception) was not able to assist. Seems a little bit odd to have only one staff and no one else to assist. Bathroom was dark. Also - there is no one to assist in emergency if anyone needs help in hotel.

The rooms were eclectic but functional. I booked a king room for my family of 4. It had a poster bed and a rollaway. The room was big and had ample space for clothes and things. The bathroom has big too. The atmosphere was very chill and so instagrammeable. There's a 99 mart across the hotel and Aeon Mall is 5 minutes walk away, so it's very convenient.

Nothing which I didn't like given that it's a relaxed place like Ipoh! Only thing to mention is that is a bit of a drive away for breakfast as most of the coffeeshops are the area are only open for lunch and dinner.

The rooms were clean & well furnished. The decor was very interesting & unique. There were many instagrammable spots inside & outside the hotel.

No buffet breakfast offered. That is a definite disadvantage. Carpet around the bed/living area would make the place more comfortable. Location wise, it was a bit far from central Ipoh. Since we arrived when it was dark we were a bit concerned about safety as the surrounding area looked deserted. We were assured that there were good security for the premises.

We took the family suite and it was really spacious for 5 of us (1 adults and 3 children). The room has a separate lounge area and equipped with 2 king-size beds. It was really comfortable for everyone after a long drive from Kuala Perlis.

The location seems a bit far from town but there is a mall next to the hotel. The walls may be a bit thin as we could hear the guest in the next room talking on the phone (or this could just be us having sensitive ears)

Location is good near to Aeon, walking distance. Room is big and had exceeded expectations for the family room. Just the toilet door can’t be lock.

Reserved a parking but was told they do not have parking! Arranged for late check out with staff on the check in day night, she said can checked out at 1pm, asked her if need to indicate anywhere or extend the card time, said no need. Next day at 12noon, counter staff called and asked when are you checking out, told her we had arranged to be 1pm. But she just repeatedly replied no one had told me. I would said it’s within your internal issues, you shouldn’t throw it to customers instead.

Very spacious! Not sure about other room but my room was design without toilet door, frontdesk said it's an open concept but just weird without no door though. Open the door can see directly to the right is toilet seat. Room design is lovable, mini chiller helps. Lots of hanging space. Walking distance to Aeon. Lot of foodie area can be found. Parking at night can be full but still available around the area.

The room toilet seat however is broken/leakage - every flush there a water round the floor.

It’s was nice to be a little further from the centre of Ipoh. The hotel is well maintained and very clean, and we had an amazingly massive room that the children could run around in. The Japanese restaurant downstairs is also quite good.

There was something a little annoying about the decor in the corridor on the first floor we stayed on (low hanging things that bumped into the head of this slightly tall person). Also, I read in some reviews that one of the rooms was haunted. I was disappointed that I didn’t see any ghosts. I would probably pay good money to stay in a hantu-themed hotel
