I liked the location, the cleanness, the fact it is a small hotel in a quiet area. Stuff is discret and paying attention the the needs of the clients. We had a studio at 1st floor facing the sea. It is large and has shadow from the trees when sun comes on that part of the building. The garden it's a huge bonus! Sun beds, umbrella and beach towels are in the price of the accommodation. The hotel has it's own larking places. It is not that far from the airport. We paid 20euro per way to the taxi. It is quiet although many restaurants and other activities are around, but not interfering with the hotel "peace". The sea it's best for the kids: water not deep, only sand under water, water activities close by.

The kitchen could have better accesories, but this does not make me not to give a full 10 to this hotel.

Although there are no frills it is perfect. Everything you need is there. Lovely veranda, stunning view. Our host Roxanne did everything to make us feel welcome. Having Freddies next door is an added bonus.

Location was exceptional, the balcony was lovely and shaded from the sun, which was very welcome. Staff were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was fine but probably wouldn't have coped had it been hotter.

I think it is a bit pricey for the standard of accommodation offered and the fact that breakfast isn't included. It needs a bit of TLC soon or it will start to look tatty.

Perfect stand alone building with a large front lawn leading down to a safe sandy beach. Small number of rooms Gave a special feeling and Roxani was amazing helping us with everything we needed, from tips and information.ation to sorting a taxi for us. She is a star! Location is great with beach walks in each direction with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highlight for our family was renting a small boat self drive to go exploring caves, shipwreck and hidden beaches,even seeing a turtle 🐢. Loved it all. thanks Roxani

Beach right in front, free beachbeds, friendly staff, really nice garden and overall exterior. Close to center of Tsivili in a walkable distance, but far enought to be in a quiet area. Cleaning was done daily, room is big

Not sure how the other rooms are based on other reviews, but ours surely would need some renovation. Also in the first night we had an ant invasion in the bathroom. We got one mini showergel and that was it for the all the days.

Beautiful family accommodation, right on the beach, in a quiet area. 5 minutes-walk to all the good restaurants. Spotless clean! Cleaning every day; sunbeds and beach towels included. Great location on the beach and super close to loads of good restaurants, really nice family boutique vibe with none of the industrial feel of the big hotels. Big spacious garden. Despite being so close to busy places, it is very quiet. Ladies that were cleaning the room were somehow invisible, we truly never bumped into them while they were cleaning our room, as it happened in loads of other hotels. We had the apartment with the sea view on the first floor and wow, you do get a huuuge balcony all on the sea side. Really nice. One other nice touch is that you are told from the beginning that towels are changed every 3 days. For us this was very good, on the one hand you still have fresh towels, while on the other you avoid the waste of having them changed daily.

One small but annoying thing is that we were only given one soap bar and the typical small bottles of shower gel and shampoo on day 1, but these were never renewed after that, as you would expect pretty much daily. So we had to buy our own. Not even the soap bar was renewed. We were 4 people for 10 days, for reference. Another one is the dirty look of the shower. In the corners there was yukiness. I didn't care much about this, you can easily avoid it, but wife did. One thing that might annoy others, thought it did not bother us, is the fact that the kitchen appliances are quite dated. But they all worked fine, so no complaints.

The apartment is ideal for a family with one or two kids, even with a baby. It is quiet and relatively small (there are only 6 or 7 apartments in the building). There is a child friendly beach right in front of the apartment and lots of shade. We had exactly one hour of direct sunlight on the porch, which means the kids could rest whenever they needed. There is a garden with big trees which also provide shade. The owners were very friendly and always around when we needed something. It is definitely the best accommodation in Planos/Tsilivi. It is also a big advantage that Freddie's beach bar is so close and they are willing to let you take your food to your porch. We could enjoy the meals on our porch which is often a bit easier with two small kids. :)

The whole complex is really close to the beach, which also seemed as private, as there were very few people, which was great. We had free unbeds everyday, because we were accommodated in the apartment. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday. There's a bar (Freddie's bar) right next to the building where you can order food and drinks, so this is also a big plus, when you don't feel like going to eat or drink in the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful, for which I would like to thank again. They organized a taxi for us from the airport and also for the way back. We really enjoyed our stay here and would surely recommend to anyone. Easily 10/10.
