From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly reception staff who stored our luggage until our apartment was ready, we knew we would have a wonderful stay. The view from Reflections is stunning overlooking Airlie Beach. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay. The pool was lovely. The property is on a steep hill and the walk into the main street of Airlie Beach is about 15 mins downhill. The walk back up the hill is challenging taking a little longer. A taxi or Uber to/from the main street is around AUD$10 one way. Woolworths is just down the hill and close to the main street with great shops, cafes, restaurants & tour operators. We would stay at this property again when visiting Airlie Beach. Thank you and we can't wait for our next visit.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was enormous! Unit was tastefully decorated and very homey. Incredibly gorgeous views of Airlie Bay from our room # 10 balcony. Loved the king size bed and huge 60 inch living room flatscreen TV with YouTube, Netflix, local channels, etc. Our large kitchen even had a full-size oven. WOW! The huge washer and dryer was also wonderful. Blazing fast WiFi as well. Several beautiful pools onsite.

Office staff pushed us to provide our credit card over the phone to check-in after hours. Turns out that you can get the key and then just provide this information the next morning.

The location-hillside. Tired to climb. Difficult and uneconomical to take a taxi. It is completely dark for the road to hotel at night with animals nearby. The service-the working hour of weekend is too early and short. I didn’t get any service these two days and I need to clean all the staff myself which makes checking out in the morning difficult especially when I have activities after and no one can help with the luggage when I go ocean rafting (start at 8am). The reply is a bit slow on booking messages.

The accommodation was fantastic and definitely had the wow factor!!! It was lovely and comfortable, has washing facilities and a dishwasher. We loved eating at the table on the balcony overlooking the view of the sea. The staff were really friendly and tacos to the town were $10. Would recommend a thrip to Notherlies.

The only criticism we have is that the air on in the bedroom wasn’t working very well and the internet connection was rubbish meaning that we were unable to watch the smart TV. It took us 2 hours to watch 40 mins of a film with the kids 🤦🏻‍♀️but it didn’t ruin the holiday

This property is very centrally located in Airlie Beach but UP the hill. A fairly steep climb but absolutely compensated by the amazing views. In our case, having a car, was a great advantage. Our premium ocean view apartment was exceptional- large and beautifully appointed with superb views across the water to the islands. The balcony, with comfortable deck chairs, provided a calm and relaxing place to soak up the sun and take in all the activity on the water.

If only the lovely pool was heated during the Winter months and perhaps some increased heat in the spa, as we observed only 1 person brave enough to use these facilities during our 1 week stay.

We recently stayed at Whitsunday Reflections in Apartment 5 for two nights, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean and modern the apartment was. It appears to have had a complete makeover with stylish, new furniture and state-of-the-art appliances that made our stay both luxurious and comfortable. The highlight was undoubtedly the spacious balcony that offered breathtaking views over Airlie Beach. Sitting out there, taking in the serene beauty of the area, was an experience in itself and one we won’t soon forget. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our days of exploring. The team at Whitsunday Reflections clearly take great pride in maintaining a high standard, and it shows. The combination of a stunning location, pristine accommodation, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend Whitsunday Reflections highly enough and will definitely be back for another stay!

Absolutely nothing !

This place is beyond magic! Absolutely beautiful views, very well equiped apartment that just feels like home, it had a really nice cosy, warm and welcoming vibe where it was just perfect to wake up every morning. We had a longer stay and enjoyed every minute of it, we didn't want to leave! The view is truly the best we've ever seen. Having our breakfast or dinner on the balcony was a highlight of our days. The bath is nice and big. It's really handy that the apartment had a washing machine, made our stay a lot easier. Just perfection.

Fabulous property, we were in apartment 2. We want to live there! Amazing views (which are the payoff for hell hill!!), huge balcony, had everything we needed, clean and comfortable, very comfy beds, great air conditioning (lovely to walk in to a cool room!), fabulously deep bath!

Nothing we didn’t like about the property. We were glad we had a car, the hill is REALLY steep, we only walked down it each night (which gave me sore legs!), we got an Uber back a couple of nights and the other 2 nights we used the knowledge of the owners (you’ll have to ask them!!).

Family run business, owners are very communicative and always around to help with advance notice. Property is up on the hill with stunning views and it’s really quite large; would be perfect for a stay of a week or two, easily. 30 mins downhill walk to the port of Airlie. Well equipped kitchen and gorgeous balcony to lounge in or read a book.

Location can be tough as the busses don’t go uphill, not a problem if you have a car but more challenging on foot after a long day. I think airport transfer options should be included in the little welcome pack. Also, lots of stairs leading to some units — wasn’t a problem for me but might be for some guests.

Massive 1 bedroom unit with a balcony that extends from the lounge to the bedroom with beautiful views of the coral coast. Balcony had comfy couches and included a ceiling fan. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. Separate aircon in each area worked great. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom. Staff were lovely and helpful with recommending activities. View was definitely the highlight. I didn't want to leave.
