Nothing to complain about the property We probably would like to suggest for someone who is at least bilingual so that there is no language barrier and communication will be more effective Other than that the staff are all great. The staff are very nice and polite

The property was excellent value. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The bathroom was well equipped.

The Wi-Fi would sometimes not work for a few minutes. This would happen everyday. The noise isolation isn’t great. The property has a lot of large families as guests. So nearly everyday of my stay I had to bear with the sounds of kids screaming and yelling. This isn’t the fault of the property but it’s something to keep in mind.

Room cleaned daily which is not common for hotels at this price. Very comfy beds, had the best nights sleep in a long time! Lovely hot shower 😊 we stayed in the room with a city view, there wasn’t much of a view but we didn’t mind as it wasn’t noisy at all. The street the hotel is on is fairly quiet so I presume this is the case for all the rooms too. Truly a hidden gem in Da Nang!

Ideal location, very close to the beach but at the same time quiet. It felt like we were alone in the hotel :-). Cleaned every day. Special thanks to the driver Vet (sorry if the name is spelled incorrectly). Met at the airport, exchanged currency, responded very quickly. We went to Ba Na Hills, took us there and back. Highly recommend! Be sure to pay attention.

Quiet location and many services around (scooter rental, minimarket, haircut). Very good cleaning - great bathroom, even razors and comb supplied, not just toothbrush and shower gel and shampoo. Spacious room with enough storage space, very comfortable beds also! Outside designated place for your scooter. We could also storage luggage and take shower as our train was couple hours after check out.

Staff speak poor English! I would expect people on the reception speak English on such a level that they can share information when is Dragon show. Other receptionists told us we can have shower on the 10th floor. The hotel had only 9 floors.... Their insufficient English led to a couple of misfortunate situations, we had to use Google Translate. A bit poor breakfast 3 days out of 4. As on the first day we were there only 4 people they gave us only eggs, toast and melon. When we asked for extra melon for pregnant friend, we did not receive it.

Great shower. Gave new towels the next day. Good location on a quieter street. Clean and comfortable.

Receptionist knew nothing about getting to Ba Na hills, one of the biggest attractions there. I expected a hotel worker to know more about the surrounding area but not a big deal.

Lovely room, great value for money, location just down the road from the beach and lots of places to eat in the area. Balcony to sit out with a beer and watch the world go by. Handy supermarket across the road for beers, nibbles, coffee sachets and ice-cream.. Grab taxi to anywhere else is very cheap.

The rooms are very big. And the bathroom has everything you need, even Earpads and brushes etc. The lift is also fast and good. They cleaned it very nicely everyday. The staff was nice, but didn’t understand lots of English. But on our last day they offered us a ride to Hoi An, for cheaper than a Grab.

It was a good price for what you got. The room was clean and it was nice and quiet at night. walkable to the beach and had restaurants and convenience stores easy accessible by foot. And the staff were super nice!

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. I found a cockroach in bathroom on the last night, although I understand that’s hard to control in older buildings.

Perfect location for a night in Da Nang, walking distance to the beach and very helpful and friendly staff. They were accommodating and helpful with a late check in and good value motorbike rental. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and balcony.
