Comfortable bed, lots of natural light,good coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Generally quiet at night. Very clean.

Limited TV channels. Mediocre food and limited choices, staff nice but uninformed about menu options. Asked about breakfast, they said it's buffet only. Then, on the last day, I found out they had a made to order omelette option.only since I overheard another guest ordering one. Wish I had known. Had a problem with the electronic room key. Was resolved but inconvenient experience.

The location was good. Not too far from the family and events we were attending. The room was comfortable and clean.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The price was too much. We were told they would special make somethings for us, however there wasn't a menu posted so we found breakfast away from the hotel. There was not literature showing special events in the area. We did see on day 3 where you could scan a QR code and could find basic information about the hotel. Where we try to chose Hilton, this Doubletree was expensive to spent the amount of time we spent. We found out later that our price would have been less if we had not used Booking.com. very very clean and comfortable.. location was perfect

just two things… the lighting in the bathroom was very dark. I was not able to put my makeup on in the bathroom. I had to go by the window with a small mirror of my own. Also, the staff were unprepared to give us suggestions as to where to go for a day in Raleigh there wasn’t enough visitor pamphlets it seemed it was more catering to the businessman or woman, not so much sightseers like us

Loved the lobby area. There were nice and comfortable seating, and the pillows and artwork was amazing! The room was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and very professional.

There was no microwave in the room, but the other amenities and the walk in , glass shower made up for that.

Staff responsive to customer. I had a concern about my TV not working. It was after midnight and the young lady at the desk was very accommodating. She gave me another room without hesitation. It was refreshing to experience great customer service.

I like the expression of the staff checking us in. She was very friendly and had a beautiful smile at all time. she also offered us some warm cookies which were DELICIOUS by he way.

room was being updated as we left, should have been before! we moved to another room that was in a lot better shape after 3 nights! They did take money off our bill since we had to move. The hotel was starting renovations starting with the top floor where we were. people at front desk were wonderful though!

Great venue. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room with amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks.

I didn't have any shampoo in my room and hadn't brought any with me because hotel rooms always have shampoo. I didn't have time to call down and ask for more so I had to use the body wash. No big deal, but it was surprising. Also, my second morning there, the coffee station had not been cleaned restocked.

Great place, amenities were clean and neat. Room was very comfortable to sleep in and the breakfast is very delicious and rich.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel it was very nice and decorative. The big tree in the lobby was pretty and it was very clean and fresh.

The fact that I had to pay for breakfast! I can understand a price for the buffet which was actually a reasonable price but continental breakfast should be included in the price of the stay.
