Great choices for breakfast!

On the second night of our stay, I woke up about midnight to sounds of a loud group of people on our hall causing quite a disturbance. The voice tones gave us alarm. After hoping the group would settle into their rooms, I finally gave up and called the front desk. The female associate was the only staff on duty, but noted that she would check out the situation. I was concerned about the worker's safety even. After about 30 more minutes, the group started to quieten down to about 30% of the noise level. It seems like it would be helpful to have a floor monitoring system to alert the front desk if there is a loud group disturbance.

We found the location to be excellent. A few minutes in either direction by car is all it took to get to where we wanted to go. The free breakfast was better than most. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed different options every day. And unlike most other hotels we enjoyed eating off of real china and used silverware, not cardboard plates and cup with plastic utensils. The staff was courteous and attentive. I would rate it 9 out of 10. I also used the laundry facility which was fine and the fitness center, also fine. I would recommend the Homewood suites.

We were glad we choose the separate bedroom layout at the hotel. But the carpet was stained near the entrance and the one thing that brought the overall rating down was the condition of the sofa. Although a neutral gray color it was obviously dirty. So much so that I wouldn't sit on it. So I took the extra blanket from the closet and covered it. Other than that, the room was fine.

The room was fantastic. It was nice having a separate bedroom and living room area. Kitchen area in our room was really good. It had full size fridge a small stove and a nice microwave. It even had a dishwasher. Bathroom lighting was great for putting on my makeup. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Cary.

Couch wasn't very comfortable

The hot breakfast provided was amazing! The kitchen was clean and well kept. The pool area was great. Just a little small. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Grocery, shopping centers and entertainment was all very close to the hotel as well. So the location was great. Overall a 10/10 stay for us.

The only thing I didn’t like was the free WiFi it was very slow. So we paid a little extra for the premium WiFi. Which was way better.

My housekeeper was excellent!! Even put my kids animals on the bed and covered them up.. my daughters loved it .. I also left a bag in the parking lot and the staff did a excellent job getting my bag back to me.. GREAT STAFF.. I WILL BE STAYING THERE WHEN WE COME BACK

The breakfast was great! Lots of options for all diets.

I was disappointed to see that comparable hotels in the area were going for $50-$75 less than what I paid. Had I known this, I would have switched to a different hotel. Also, the website says it’s an easy 2 minute walk to the plaza. However, it is farther than that and a bit treacherous without sidewalks.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. I will be bringing my family here now!

I could smell cigarette smoke in the room. Obviously it had been cleaned and was fantastic, however, it smelled as if someone had smoked in there prior to my stay.

I loved how friendly the staff was, our room was as beautiful, it smelt clean and not like a dirty hotel where the carpets dirty at all times. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ lotion was super convenient and not a tiny little bottle. I cannot say anymore it was endlessly immaculate

Nothing at all

This hotel was in a great location near shops and restaurants. We were staying for a concert and it was just a short 10-15 min drive to the arena.

Our room smelled like fish when we arrived. The fan was also on, which I would assume housekeeping cut on to try and get rid of the smell. Since there is a kitchenette in the room, I figured someone had cooked in there and that’s why it smelled.

Upon arrival, Christine at the front desk was helpful and cheerful. She informed us that we had been upgraded for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The staff spoiled us with a surprise in our room. The room was very clean and decor was modern and fairly new. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Our breakfast was very good and checkout was super quick. We look forward to staying here again on our trips to visit family in the area. Homewood Suites by Hilton should be very proud of the staff at this location.
