Great, friendly and empathetic staff and clean facility. They are always willing to work with you. It's also located right in the city centre and you can walk to most of the city attractions. The National Museum of Ireland is next door. Further, there is a direct bus (e.g Dublin express 782 to and fro the airport). The bus stop is Usher's quay, and it's a 7 minute walk to the hotel.

The room was so small that there was barely any room to move, get in and straight to bed. Same thing with the bathroom but it was cute and clean. (Not sure if it's a European thing though) Also, the mattress wasn't all that comfy.

Friendliness of the staff and the lady who replied to my message telling me how to get there, her instructions were very helpful. Nice warm room, reasonably quiet corridor from other guests.

Quite isolated location and hard to reach restaurants and shops etc. Would need to cross the bridge or ride a few tram stops away. Bring your own food as it will be hard to get some otherwise.

Everything was perfect. I booked my room last minute due to a problem with airline flights and found myself immediately welcomed with warmth and friendliness by the staff. The room was spotlessly clean and very cozy. Small but with everything you need and modern decor. The location is great, a 10-minute walk to the train station and the tram stop is in front of the hotel. All the staff was really helpful, a special mention I want to make to Daiane Gabrielle who at check-out let me leave my suitcases in the special room totally free of charge (usually it costs 5€ the service). I absolutely recommend it for a short stay, if I pass by Dublin again I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Simple room with no frills, great value for money. The space available in the room is not the best, but the toilet and shower are big and comfy. I like the fact that they removed all unnecessary services: why pay for an overpriced breakfast or restaurant while there are plenty of better options right at your doorstep. The smart cards/ access key system works well even at night time, when the main door is closed.

Admittedly the space in the room is minimal: just half a meter around the bed, that's it. You wouldn't fit with a big suitcase, 2 people with 2 bags might be a squeeze as well.

Obliging staff, pleasant and efficient. Accommodating of our very late check-in - near midnight. Very handy location for Heuston Station. This is our third of fourth stay in EasyHotel, including the hotel in Malaga.

Very confusing email from Booking.com while we were abroad which suggested we had to check in during the afternoon (despite the fact I had ascertained that we could check in late evening) which worried me for a day or two while we were in Spain. I had to wait till we were back in Dublin airport before I could phone the hotel and confirm that we were expected.

Check in quick and straightforward. Stayed in room 228 was nice room. Room was clean and well laid out except bed under window, you could feel the draft coming in. Not much room to hang clothes up, could easily put few hangers on wall. Bathroom was nice and good shower plenty hot water. Very near the Museum luas stop which was handy for getting to places. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again and staff very friendly and attentive. Nice place down the road for breakfast called wuff and late tesco shop at Smithfield stop is handy to get snacks water for room. Just remember to get off at Museum luas not and not the Smithfield one!

Bed sheets could of being cleaner few stains

Bed was firm and I loved it. Area and hotel was nice and quiet but it was midweek. Cheap and exactly what I needed to stay in the city for an early work meeting. Water pressure was good in the shower. Pleasant room temperature. Bathroom smelled fresh.

No handtowel, only 1 large bath towel and a bathmat. No kettle or cups in room but there is a hot drink machine in the lobby with a vending machine. No place for your bag and it's a little tight so I can imagine this one is difficult for people staying longer than I did. Bathmat was ripped but clean.

The hotel was just nifty the biggest problem was that booking.com completely messed up the reservation by changing dates....not the first time you have done this and there is no easy way to find on your website how to speak to an actual human. Shame on you for bad advertising

Regarding the room: Really comfortable bed, with good natural light. Was surprised by how good the bathroom was. Everything was super clean and the corridors smelled wonderfully. Nice walking distance (for someone who is happy to walk) to the city "center".

The room appears to be a bit bigger in the photos but after first glance you realize that the comfort that you are getting for your money is more than well worth! The distance to the center might get a bit tiresome, specially late at night and if you stay for more than three nights for example it gets a little repetitive those 20 minutes, but that's life!

The hotel was very clean, which is important to us both. They were very accommodating regarding our Dalmatian dog. The bed was very comfortable, the on-suite shower & complimentary shower gel were great. Good location for the city tram, local cafe's, pubs, short walk to Croppies Acre Memorial Park, a little further to Pheonix Park. Ferry terminals less than 30 minutes' drive away via the direct route along the R148. 5 minutes' walk from Heuston Railway Station & overnight parking @ at the railway station 8 euros.

You get what you pay for, so if you want more, be prepared to pay more.
