Nice area, connected well to more touristy area by tram. Secure.

Less a complaint, more a reminder. It's a student room in student accommodation so expect some coming and going late at night from students having fun and expect a small double bed. Expect probable noise through walls.

We had a lovely stay at highfield house! We felt like we had a neat clean room and big enough for two friends! It's really close to shops that are open 24/7 which we as night owls really loved! It's also super close to the centrum and a tram is nearby! Staff was super friendly and helped us with all our qeustions. We thought the price was super cheap for how long we stayed and how comfortable everything was! Also special shout out to the shower, what an amazing shower, way better than the shower I got at home!

We had a few problems with our bed, we felt like our linnen wasn't super great but we also very much realised that it's the best option. My friend is quite tall and didn't fit the bed right but again, those are all things we could deal with and it didn't ruinnour stay at all!

The location was incredibly convenient. Right next to it is a tram that goes straight to the city, so no worries about carrying luggage around you everywhere. The room wasn't too big but enough for two people. We especially enjoyed the common area with all its available amenities. The staff were very helpful and even stored our suitcases after we checked out, which allowed us to spend more time in the city comfortably.

Parts of comfort depend on other guests' manners - there's a shared fridge, dishes, a microwave etc. We were lucky to share our stay with decent people, but maybe not everyone might be as lucky. Just something to keep in mind

The place was really good and very clean. It is 5 minute walk from the tram stop which runs from the town centre. The apartment room is student accommodation and your room is part of a bigger complex with a shared kitchen and living area. The kitchen was well stocked. TV is in the communal area but not a problem as we were not there to watch TV. I would stay here again.

The bedroom is very compact with the bed being placed right in the corner. It's comfy and the room does what it needs to do. I don't think it was obvious from the description that the kitchen was outwith your room and shared with the other individual bedrooms. We did not mind this as it was a good communal area and met some lovely folk.

Very modern colour basic decor..bed comfortable Bathroom beautiful small but very functional. Staff was a very helpful special mention to Michael, who sorted a ground floor room due to a mobility problem. There are lifts they do have good access for folks with mobility issues. It's an ideal location next to a tram stop (Luas line ) .Share stylish kitchen and dining room lounge area all open plan.The kitchen had everything dish washer fridges and cooker microwave tea and coffee available. We definitely would stay again with an ideal location for us .

It is a student secure living space ideal for families it has a gym basketball net table tennis. You can get individual apartments . We just have a one night stay room for family reasons. There's no TV in the room .Tv in communal lounge faulty not in enough to watch tv ..The beds aren't that big and mainly under a windows, which means you need to wake the other person up if you need the loo. I would recommend you get a food shop in unless you like eating out. There's nothing immediate to get to for food there is snack machines. I'd definitely book an apartment next time if staying longer with my family but if just hubby we'd mange with room.

For someone who was traveling solo, this apartment did its purpose. Bed size was big enough. The tram station is right beneath your window. The kitchen was clean and cozy. The people were nice and I even saw the manager. There was a gym, but everything was on walking distance so I did enough exercise I ever did in years :)

For 7 nights, the mattress was a bit on the cheap side, but nevertheless I only used it for sleeping ;) I also had to get a dried out contact lens and a dead fly from the windowsill, but nothing I wouldn't have done at home myself. Mind you, this is a students flat, not a hotel!

very nice and helpful Ukrainian girls at reception. Rooms are clean and new. The area and facilities are more like university campus rather than a hotel. Everything is clean and well-designed.

too much remote from everything in Dublin. Minimum 15 minutes walk to nearest supermarket or restaurant. we stayed overnight due to long connection in Dublin airport. Unfortunately we found Highfield house far from the airport as well.

Great place to stay, brand new student housing, easily accessible, clean, with excellent shared living room & kitchen space. The reception staff is amicable and helpful, giving tips on how to get to places. The concept of staying in student housing may seem a bit strange at first thought, but the place was full of families traveling here and there, so it really felt more like a modern hotel, where you share a kitchen and lounge space.

This is of course very subjective, but for us, the bed was way too soft, so we did not sleep very well. Also, the duvet was twice as thick and warm as ours used during the winter, but it might be perfect for someone who likes to keep warm. For us, it was too hot and very heavy. Mind that this housing is quite a distance from the historic city center. Still within walking distance, but only if you like walking. For us, perfect, but keep that in mind if you are not a walker. There are trams right outside of the facility, so this is not a problem (although you can hear them if your room is on the side of the station and tracks). There were no cups in the kitchen, but the friendly reception staff provided us with some.

Fantastic location and great staff. Loved having this as an option because Dublin is Dublin and y'all have a bit of a housing crunch.

A bit noisy from the outside but the in between room noise was quite loud. From rolling up and down the window shades, we could hear everything from next door. The good thing is that people were using this as an inexpensive place to sleep. It must be tough when the students are in.

It was clean, just next to a luas stop so easy to get to/from town.

The heat in the room was unbelievable and not in a good way. The thermostat was set so we couldn’t reset it and it went up as high as 28 during the night, and with the window barely being able to open it wasn’t very enjoyable and we couldnt get a wink of sleep.
