The bathroom in my room was really nice, with a Japanese toilet and a really nice wet room shower. The location was pretty convenient for what I wanted. I used the luggage forwarding service that saved me a lot of stress

The "king bed" was actually 2 double beds, with a bar down the middle. I like to toss around in bed which was not enjoyable. Also, I was not given any sheets besides the comforter with duvet, and it was really hot so it'd be soaked in the morning. The restaurant bar charges essentially double the cost of a beer anywhere else. It was a little bit difficult to get to the front desk until I was helped.

the room was very clean and the stuffs are friendly, they can speak multiple languages which I believe they can understand what's your need perfectly. Near subway station. Some high rate little restaurants are walking distance. Very reasonable price for a hotel with these facilities in Osaka.

I think hotel need to improve their sign to guide people to reception, I saw so many client that day when I arrived couldn't find the way to reception. Or they may need some stuff locat on 1st floor to guide people that will save so much time.

Very close to train and easy to walk to key attractions. Very good taxi availability. Extremely comfortable room with a good deep bath.

Signage from office building below when you first arrive. Very hard to work out that the hotel was in a different elevator with reception on the 15th floor.

Due to an unforeseen change in our flight plus a 2 hour delay we had to alter our stay in Osaka from 2 days to 1. The hotel accepted this request for change even though they didn't have to. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and equipped with all commodoties. The view from the room is excellent looking over Osaka. In fact the only room with a (decent) view during our entire trip. The hotel is easily reachable by public transport. When arriving in Osaka via JR/bullet train you can simply board the main metro line and +/- 10 -15 minutes later you'll be checking in at the hotel lobby. The same metro line will take you deeper into Osaka city afterwards.

The hotel lobby is not on the ground floor and it took us a while to realise this and find the entrance.

The hotel is located on a beautiful street in central Osaka - we had a choice of two nearby subway stations to get around. The room was average size and very comfortable - I liked that they provided silverware which was unusual and that we didn't experience at any other hotels during our stay. Also the view of the city from our room was incredible!

The reception being on the 17th floor was a little strange, but we got used to it and accepted it. Also, the Western options for the breakfast wasn't great but the eggs were cooked fresh to order which was the best part!

Really nice big rooms with a great view, the front desk were very helpful and there were great restaurants and cocktail bars nearby.

There was no room service, the bar closed early and the bar staff didn't know basic cocktails

(1) The service has been amazing. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging a short-notice hospital appointment. Many thanks to Mizuki Ueda for all her help! (2) The view from the 21st floor was spectacular. The city lights during the night and the beautiful sunrise made for some amazing pictures. (3) The room design was pleasant with modern amenities combined with traditional motifs. The room lighting and the colors were very nicely combined. (4) The bathroom was larger than expected and included both a bathtub as well as a shower. The overall bathroom amenities (and their quality) was excellent.

(1) The room was rather small but this is somewhat expected for hotels in Japan. (2) The main Osaka Midōsuji street offers very nice views but was fairly noisy (because of motorcycle gangs revving up their engines at midnight).

Beautiful lobby, excellent (attentive) and nice staff, very good cleaning service, and very good view from the room. Large room with comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows. Great set up in room with TV that connects to apps like YouTube and Netflix (you’ll need to connect your own subscription account for Netflix).

Not much of a complaint but the property is ~7 minute walk to station, you’ll need to take train (2 stops) to Dontonbori or Osaka city.

Good location, lots of amenities in the room, great views of Osaka from the room, great service from the staff. Very clean and super shower.

Reception is on the 15th floor so need to take multiple elevators to get to the room. The hotel was very warm, too warm to sit in sweater or jacket which in reception or bar area, it was overly hot. Not sure if the hotel was pumping some fragrance into the air through the aircon or it was dust but we stayed there twice during our trip and on both occasions I kept sneezing and my skin became quite dry. This affected others in the group too.

Perfect location for visiting Osaka. Located in relatively calm district with easy access to metro stations. Very tasty breakfast.

Room was a bit small.
