This was the ideal setup for a hotel: excellent, professional staff -the manager and the front desk person, Shay, went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and quiet. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. I even saw that there was a curtain between the bed area and the TV and couch area that would’ve been nice if my husband had been with me and he wanted to watch TV or read while I was sleeping. The little kitchenette had everything you would need. Also, I was exhausted from a stressful travel experience and too tired to even use DoorDash to get food, but down in the lobby there were actually healthy vegetarian frozen food options that I could just put in the microwave! I was so happy that they carried some Amy’s frozen food, I couldn’t believe it. The breakfast in the morning was just enough. Honestly, everything about this hotel was excellent and I wondered why I hadn’t stayed in this particular brand/kind before.

Nothing - everything was excellent. Maybe with all the yogurt options in the morning they could’ve had just a plain yogurt, since lots of people are trying to cut down on sugar and like plain yogurt nowadays.

We got there very late. Dennis the overnight guy was GREAT! So friendly and welcoming. Mentioned several times that if we needed anything he was there all night! The room was great. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was immaculate! Great breakfast buffet. Loved the funky decor of the lobby.

Hilton, You might want to check your info on the Booking.com website. It said check in was only available until 12 AM. We landed at Sky Harbor at 9:30 pm and by the time we got our car it was after 11 PM. So we were very nervous about getting to the hotel by 12. But with Dennis there all night I assume we could have checked in at any time.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, everything was really clean, including the pool. Breakfast was excellent, they had options to make breakfast sandwiches as well as waffles, oatmeal and cereal. The room was really spacious and clean. The water pressure was really good compared to other hotels I've stayed at. It did take about 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower but once it was hot, it was great.

The only thing I didn't like was they had the shower gel and shampoo on the wall for use in the shower, but the conditioner was provided in a tiny bottle that was not nearly enough for my long hair plus my two sons have long hair. However, I just asked for a few extra bottles of conditioner at the front desk and they didn't complain or say they can't give me more so that was nice. Also, my digital key was not working to get into the pool but again, when I went to the front desk to ask for a card key, the woman at the front desk said she would make me one but so that we didn't have to wait, she would let us into the pool area and then bring me the card key once it was made. Awesome customer service here!

Good option for the hotel close to the airport. Large room, with kitchenette (including large fridge and dishwasher) and extra sofa, large desk, so suitable for longer stay. Small outdoor swimming pool to relax before/after the trip. Hotel provides shuttle service to the airport.

I found it easier to call Uber than arrange shuttle pick up from airport. But was much easier to book a shuttle from hotel to airport.

First of all Juan was fabulous! Give that man a raise! This is what customer service is all about. Check in was friendly and easy. The room was large and comfortable! Was not expecting such a beautiful property for the money. The pool area was quaint and refreshing. Breakfast was a great selection. It's hard to find a "free" breakfast that has this many choices. Would highly recommend and will stay there again when in Phoenix! Thank you Juan for making our stay special!

Great location near the airport, heated pool, workout facilities, laundry facilities, complimentary breakfast, free airport shuttle, bright decor, friendly, helpful staff, pets allowed, in-room kitchenette with large refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and utensils - everything you could need!

My only complaint is the stains on the carpet in our room. I felt like I needed to keep my shoes on because they floor was pretty yucky. :(

There were two reason to book your hotel. The shuttle convenience from/to the airport and the numerous positive reviews I read, which I can now confirm were all accurate based on my first-hand experience.

The only hiccup during my stay was the unavailability of the shuttle bus for two days. I had to return my rental car a day earlier than my return home and had to pay Uber to transport me back from the airport to the hotel, since the shuttle bus was undergoing repairs. However, the following morning, one of your exceptional staff members at the reception desk went above and beyond by personally driving us to the airport, ensuring we arrived on time. Although their name escapes me at the moment, I wanted to express my gratitude for their outstanding assistance in getting me to the airport promptly.

Lovely staff. I stayed here solo for just over 36 hours as I was in town for an event, and chose this hotel as they provided a free airport shuttle. You do need to call when you need it and let the front desk know ahead of time when you'd like to head to the airport. Front desk provided bottled water when asked. The room was MUCH bigger than I expected (or needed tbh). Nothing special about the view, location, etc but it was clean and close to where I needed to go!

The rooms are a good size, well equipped. We were only there for an overnight so we didn't really use the kitchenette, but he fridge is very handy. We very much like the breakfast, simple self serve, but more than adequate.

For us, the check-in seemed very slow and cumbersome, possibly due to a single individual having to deal with several parties in sequence. One person can hold everyone up.

Hotel room was set up like with a mini kitchen so one can stay and cook of oneself. It feels like a home with dishes, dish washing detergent, garbarator, microwave, toaster oven and fridge provided.

It would be nice if vegan and vegetarian options are availabe at the breakfast bar. I was looking for non-dairy milk but it wasn't available. Also, for the kitchen, we don't use the microwave, so if a stove top and small fyring pan can be provided, it would be nice to be able to heat up food.
