the location fantastic.breakfast and staff very good.the problem was cleanliness.

cleanliness.dirty lifts tourist traffic.rooms are supposed to be cleaned once in four days.pathetic.no hotel anywhere in the world has this.i have an important thing for you.rooms booked thru u get shitty treatment.the room booked thru u had no hotel safe and I had to pay an extra dkk 800 for four days. rectify this else I will stop booking thru u and go direct.had the same treatment in stockholm.no hotel safe and was told bluntly that this is what I get for what I paid.very disappointed with you.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a good temperature good pressure and easy to use. There were drink and snack facilities downstairs. The breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent for the centre of the city and travel.

In hindsight we should have booked a bigger room, it was quite small, not a lot of storage space to unpack things and it had an open hanging area ( no wardrobe) , we managed for the short break we had though. No floor mat in the bathroom and no safety handles in the shower. Eco friendly policies but normal plastic bags in the bins - not cornstarch compostable bags.

The relaxing ambient lighting in reception and in the room. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast selection. Great location. Easy check-in and out. Ability to buy food, drinks and snacks if required. Quiet, dark rooms for sleeping. Good bath and shower. Easy to charge phone. Wifi.

The breakfast room was a bit cramped at the weekend. The tables and chairs were very close together in some areas and it was difficult to pass by others with a tray of food. There was a stain on my sheet which wasn’t very nice to discover. No bath mat.

The hotel location’s a close walk from Central station. The check in counter was a little bit confusing because you actually check-in at the bar looking counter but apart from that, the check in process was very smooth, the staff member was friendly and the lady offered an early check-in with a fee. We took that offer after a 24 hrs flight from Australia. Was so grateful the family room was available first thing in the morning.

The lift is on the smaller size, 3 people with luggages all it can fit. The location of my room is actually quite a fair bit of a walk from the lift and the family room size is much smaller than the photos shown online, a small bathroom with the shower area has big gap at the bottom does my head in. Not sure why it was designed that way but the bathroom floor got so wet after each shower. The window in the room only open a tiny tiny bit so it can get quite stuffy.

Great location, close to the city center and station. Shops of all kinds very close. The staff was very helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Three quick and available elevators. Breakfast was also good. The hotel deserved a high note.

Thankfully, the gap between the two single beds was very adequate (more than some hotels provide). The breakfast is amazing - everything you can think of, is available! Staff very helpful and always happy to supply additional toilet paper, towels etc. Also helpful if suggesting restaurants/places of interest. Having the fridges in Reception that are filled with all sorts of snacks (eg Yoghurt, Rolls) and drinks - to purchase - was very helpful. Also, very convenient having supermarket practically next door! Easy walk to Railway Station, and to where the RED Hop-on-hop-off & the Tourist Information Centre are located. Gym & Games etc provided, but we didn't use them. Small # of light meals available at the Bar. Express check in/out available - although we didn't use it ourselves. Pleased I came back to this city to see more of it - fabulous architecture both old and new. Highly recommend RED HOHO Bus & Canal tours (but note there are more than one red coloured bus tour!).

Unfortunately, the walls/ceiling etc in our room were very dark (black maybe?), and there was minimal lighting (just next to the bed). Mattress bit soft & thin for my preference. We were only provided with a Bath Towel each. No bath floor mat, hand towels etc provided. But available at Reception - just annoying having to go down to get them if you haven't noticed until the last minute! Sadly, the shower is in a bath which is quite high with no rail to hang on to - especially difficult for us over 70's trying to get in and out of it !

It was my first time in Copenhagen and I really loved how great the location of the hotel was. It was only a 5-10 minute walk from train and metro stations. Bus stop also nearby. The staff were all wonderfully nice people. Had directions, recommendations and suggestions for things to do in the city. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, truly living up to the hotel's name. A good gym and plenty of variety at breakfast so worth getting. The rooms are well heated and the shower had good pressure. A reasonable amount of clothing hangers provided too. Supermarket right next door to grab toiletries etc, newsagents and take away places nearby also. A short walk from Tivoli Gardens too.

Found it slightly heavy handed that you had to use your key card in the lift to get to your floor, again to access the hallway and of course the room. The floorboards in the room seemed a bit squeaky, I could hear them quite easily walking around the room. Breakfast times are quite early and brief, would've liked a longer window. No fridge in the room, I understand they have a sustainability based approach but found that out after the fact.

The location. Nice breakfast, wide selection. Nice gym and common areas.

The rooms are not the newest, but it’s alright. The loud bathroom door. Overall the room and bathroom are quite small. We had an early flight, so couldn’t get the breakfast at the hotel the last day. I wanted to prepare some sandwiches myself the day before, but they said that we will have “takeaway breakfast”, we have to ask for it at checkout. Okay. What they gave us was a small dry sandwich with only cheese in it (which was old, it was already gone hard as the bread) a yogurt, juice and coffee. Like for what I paid and what we could have gotten was far, far away from what they gave us. I could made far more better sandwiches my own.

Centrally located with a quick 7 minute walk from the Central Train Station. Our standard room was large enough for both of our suitcases to be opened and still walk around. There was a window that we could open when the room got a little stuffy and warm. The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options from eggs, meat, cereal, yougurt, fruit and nuts breads, and salad with an abundance of coffee, tea and juce. You can even do laundry at this hotel. But, what really impressed me the most was the staff. They all are WONDERFUL!!! My husband had a bike accident and was laid up for couple of days until our flight home. They knew that I was stressed and there wasn't anything they wouldn't do to help me out. They helped me get the bikes back to the hotel, they gave me ice for my husband's swelling, sent my husband a little bag with treats, and even let me checkout late and didn't charge me. I have never had this kind of service before and I am so appreciative.

I was a little surprised when they charged me to checkin early. I feel if the room is ready why not let the guest in?

Breakfast was good although as a vegetarian there wasn't much variety in terms of hot food. I had to resort to mainly cold food or toast. Some vegan or vegatarian options other than eggs would have been great. I love the lounge area, it was really nice to come back from a day out or an evening and relax in the bar. Also though there was much variety in regards to milk like an oat alternative. You are in the heart of everything in Copenghagen so I would definitely think about staying here again but maybe try and get a large room.

I understand that rooms are smaller in Scandinavian countries however, for 4 adult people, they room was too small. I have stayed in larger rooms for the same price and it didn't feel as small. I do think that the room signage was a little confusing. Our room number seem to be missing from some of the directional signs on the fist floor so it was a lot of walking around to get to our room. The rooms were clean jut not very big for 4 adutls and small suitcases. The location is superb though.
