All staff was very helpful and friendly. Common areas were clean. Location was perfect, very convenient to restaurants, grocery, highyway and our local family was 5 mins away.

Bathroom cleanliness was subpar. Mud on walls. Soap from previous guest still in shower. Floor dirty-floor towel literally showed dirt from floor. Bathroom was not swept. Hair from previous guest on floor and shower. Towels did not appear to be completely restocked: 3 towels, 4 wash cloths, 3 hand towels. Toilet not cleaned thoroughly. Maintenance: Bath faucet coming away from wall. Shower head had green crust. Bathroom ceiling had dirt/mold.

property was pretty, thought maybe new, until you see bathrooms and realize they left old tub in and poor caulking job. the pregnant girl at the front desk was rude when I ask her to repeat instructions to me.. “I have a hearing loss and if I can’t see your lips”while signing papers..she just walked off and the nice younger girl explained to me what I needed to do. I also disliked the piped in scent.. I love scents, but this was strong and not one I liked. I can only imagine how some people I know, who don’t like scents, would have walked out. it was fine in the rooms.

Exceptional continental breakfast. Very clean. Very friendly staff! I had a couple of questions during our stay and the staff was very helpful and so nice.

Only 1 small thing. The cleaner they use (to make everything so clean) has a strong smell to it. That's all, and that's in my opinion.

Everything very clean and the beds very comfortable. It was a good place to overnight during our trip from Asheville, NC to Tampa, FL.

The bath tub seems clotted... water was going down the drain very slowly. But it is something that can be easily fixed by the staff. Bathroom was clean, though.

I spilled some water on the tile and wiped it up with a wash cloth.... the cloth turned brown as the floor was so dirty. They didn't look dirty, but were actually filthy.

Liked that is was being updated and had plenty of charging ports, bathroom was nicely done as well.

Well, not a big deal, but there wasn’t any flooring down in the hallway when I was there, also, Not many channels on the TV, would have liked to have access to Netflix or a streaming service.

quiet location away from fireworks for pets...great size room great house keeping fantastic breakfast bar !!plenty of parking helpful staff places to eat in walking distance close to expressway ...of course pet friendly

rooms desperately need fresh paint new led bulbs bathroom desperately needs remodel over priced even for holiday weekend

Older Staff gentlemen (English man) went over and above when we asked to check in early since my 77 yr old husband after driving 5 hours needed rest. Very nice man.

Young lady working night shift was not friendly.

Breakfast was great, location was good, staff was friendly very attentive

One of the beds was to soft, Mimi explained they r in process remodeling and that one probably needs replaced #316

The breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was great for our purpose.

There was trash in our room from the previous occupants which was disconcerting. Several of the chairs in the pool were broken.
