The atmosphere, staff and cleanliness were excellent. It is my 3rd stay and I am very satisfied.

There were 2 small problems. On the upper floors(6) it seems that there is problem with the water. You cannot set it to the temperature you want because it changes by itself all the time. And the second one is the cleaning detergent they use. It smell a bit bad. Overall great experience and value for money! 😊

Location was closer than other apartment with this price. The building is new, modern. Staff was kind.

The room was dark. Strong sewage smell was in the bathroom. If you open the window, always smell cigarette smoke from outside. When we arrived, the room was not clean fully (hair on the floor, toilet)

The room is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, for a very reasonable price. There is almost nothing to complain about.

To nitpick, the location. It is a good 45 minutes walk to the hotel if you arrive by trains, but it is still very close to the centre

Good location, close to International Plovdiv Fair and the Maritsa River. The Imaret Mosque and Indian restaurant are within walking distance of the hotel.

Moving two single beds together does not equal one double bed, especially as the centre of the bed is unusable and the bedding remains single.

Location was good. Fast check in and check out. Receptionist are very nice and friendly.

Laminate floor in my room was dirty. Bathroom should have more amenities. Electrical outlets and lights over the bed NOT working at all. Very cheap and poor quality bed linen. No vending machine in the hotel for purchasing coffee or water at least...... Very basic room.

The room was spacious, modern and clean. Really liked the big flat screen and the comfy bed. It's fairly near to the old town of Plovdiv (20 mins by foot) and we left the car when we took a walk to it. The staff was very welcoming and supportive. The price for the room was also fair.

There was some problems with the shower and the temperature adjustment. It was either too hot or too cold. Staff told us we should have called and that there is some way you can adjust it, wait for it and it will be ok after 4-5 mins. We where lucky to find a near parking space but other guest didn't seem to be so lucky. Best to ask before arrival.

Very friendly personal. Hotel room was tidy and clean. Elevator in hotel. Location 10 minutes from old town.

Slow internet,. Remote controller of TV not working properly. Water temperature always changed from hot to cold.

It is next to big road, but in room you couldn't hear nothing. Staff was helpful. Nice family room.

We didn't like just choose of coffee. It was just espresso. And WiFi is terrible.

- When I asked before the arrival, I was told that the rooms are equipped with smart TVs, but it turned out that all rooms have just normal flat screen TVs. - Internet speed was not always perfect
