Fruit salad, pastries yogurts cheese and meats coffee tea toast - more than expected and nice cosy room.

The light outside door was very strong and came into the room a little, also there was a dial tone from the hallway @like a wifi trying to connect. Air con was a little noisy too.

Excellent room, everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Great location. We were not disturbed. The TV can mirror your phone so whatever you have available on your phone can be broadcasted to the room.

The guy was dismissive at the desk. Was speaking with his friend and ignored me throughout the check in process. Even while issuing my key card and making the transaction continued speaking with his friend. The breakfast ran out at peak times and the one man serving could not bring things out in time. There was a sharp metal bit on the door in the corridor which snagged my clothes and I had to make sure my son didn't catch himself on it. Floor was dusty and somebody's socks were found under the bed.

The hotel is in a greatlocation in Putney area - notice that it is in the south of London and pretty far from the center. It's close to the main road where you have tones of places to eat or drink (visit MeiMei which is right next to the hotel if you like Chinese food). It's also close to the Thamse river, and also pretty close to the train station (around 10 minuets walk) and also pretty close to a cute park. The room was basic but clean and pretty spacious. There was cleaning service everyday, and we got new cookies with the tea almost everyday as well. The stuff were very kind and helpful. There was also breakfast included in the price of the room (didn't had a chance to eat it, but it's was great to had that option)

It says you get free care products - you only get a soap that also functions as shampoo. no toothbrish or tooth paste. We had to buy everthing. The area is pretty far from the center of london which made the travelling inside London fairly exepensive (but we took it into account since we knew it was pretty far. just keep in mind that it would cost you more)

We were very pleasantly surprised with the high quality provided at mk hotel. It wasn't luxurious or had lots of facilities such as a gym but it had everything for a comfortable night's stay. It was really clean and there was a good Continental breakfast with even a few cooked items as well as fresh fruit & pastries. There was a lift in the hotel. The beds were comfortable and we had a good bathroom. Excellent value for money and we'll stay again next time in London.

Staff were on duty when we arrived but I'd been concerned about logging in outside. We already had our cards so we only needed to swipe the card in the evening.

Breakfast rich enough for every taste, with good quality Coffee. 3. The persons from Reception solved any problem about AC. And give us valuable information about The coonection with Heathrow Airport by tube.

Best budget hotel, exceeded expectations for the price. Small but clean rooms with comfy beds, spacious shower, and nice tea and coffee facilities. Access via a check in machine and key card was nice and simple. Breakfast was a good continental with a coffee machine, pastries, ham and cheese and all the like, nice to have it included. Excellent location in Putney bridge, easy to walk to train stations with lots of public transport links and a good high street for anything else you might need. Overall very happy with our stay!

Communication with the property beforehand was a bit tricky - for our stay, booking.com had a leak beforehand that resulted in fraudulent messages being sent through the app. Not the hotels fault at all, and when I called the property direct they confirmed the situation and put me at ease, but it would have been nice if they could have reached out first once they knew they had issues, or if the contact form on their website had gotten a quicker response. Otherwise a great stay.

Good location, accessible by metro (zone 2). Room was small but everything what we (2 adults + 1 kid) needed was there. The bed was confortable. There was kettle in the room (with free tee, coffee, bisquite). Room was quiet during the night. For evening, several eating options in some hundered meters distance.

Everything was very good except the hot sausage in the brekfast menu. Please replace that, or add second hot choice to the buffet. All other choices were OK and breakfast, in general, good.

Breakfast was delicious and lovely and always and all counters re-filled on time. Alex and the rest of the staff were simply amazing. Daily housekeeping was very prompt and all surroundings very clean. Wish to add, we had some of the best sleep on such comfy beds.

Nothing. Except just a little more detailed information to check in - though check-in was very straightforward, I was stuck because I had my car and it was during the storm and I could not get off to check in. So just a little more details about the car park.

Very good location - relatively close to the centre. Undergound and train stations in the vicinity. Several restaurants, bars and shops just round the corner. Helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Effective air conditioning in the room. Generally good breakfast, as for the class of the hotel. Take the room from the rear - they are very quiet.

Private hotel parking was great, especially in the middle of London! The staff were lovely and the room was really nice

Communication in advance could have been better (asked about the parking when booking and then again later, but eventually had to phone to actually get the information). Also the air conditioning unit in the room was entirely in German, so it took a bit of Google translate to get it to do what we wanted!
