The cleanliness was outstanding and noticeable from the moment we arrived. Very responsive staff. I really appreciate how kind, friendly and patient they were. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Silent and easy reachable location. Absolutely perfect. Everything works. Restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff were kind. It’s worth the price in an accessible location - not expensive at all. You can take the c1 bus direct from Victoria about 20 minutes ride. There’s also the underground and other buses. Small shops around.

In general, it’s a convenient place for short stays. Not luxury. One of the rooms didn’t have toilets and bath inside, they are located just outside the room but I guess the fault is mine as I didn’t read the description fully. The staff keeps a hot water kettle in the corridor which you can use.

I was in a Single room very comply beautiful and always warm and very clean The location is fantastic just few meters from Earl s Court Station and in a very upmarket and elegant neighbourhood in Kensington and Chelses Plenty of buses connect to other central zones of London IN Earl s Court there are also many restaurant's at affordable prices a vast choice te choice for every taste And good quality Hotel.has got a nice and spacious dining room in the basement where there is a fridge coffee tea chocolate Complimentary for the breakfast.provided with cutlery cups and a kitchen with.microwave and guests are free to eat something for the lunch or dinner using the Guest House facilities In this area there are also sofas to chill out or work

I got a good deal, so for me it was worth it. But it's nothing real fancy. There's a cleaner coming every day (he knocks and insist on taking the trash so you can't sleep till mid day) haha..... and it was easy sharing a bathroom - bathroom on 1. Floor is bigger and nicer. It's not 300m from the tube but more like 450 ish. There's shops and restaurants near by.

The bed wasn't too comfortable. There wasn't always water in the bathroom on the 2. floor. There's a little traffic noise. There's a couple of local homeless people, but generally very fair neighbourhood.

Location is TOP for London. 20-25 min walk to museums, 30min to Battersea park and to Notting hill. the facilities were very clean.We got a room with shared bathroom and the bathroom was regularly cleaned, no hair or dirt. The room was clean as well and the rubbish was taken every day from the room. Heating was working which was a life saver as first night we arrived it was a bit chilled in London. George was very kind, helpful and friendly. we enjoyed our stay

I didn’t find pillows comfortable. but it was a minor thing, because we were so tired after walking through London that I slept like a baby anyway

If this is your first time in London well most probably everything you read about hotels are true like the rooms are small, the buildings are old, some smells for same reason, the shower too small, etc. But this was my second time in London so I knew what to expect about this topic so in my experience in the Earls Hotel was good, I stayed for 5 nights, all the staff was very friendly they helped with everything I need, they offered us breakfast for 1 pound per person which was good even when it was very basic breakfast but enough to start the day, about the room yes the rooms are small but basically we just need to rest as we were out starting from 6-7 am and back to the hotel like 10-11 pm, one of the most important things about the hotel is its Location that is half block away from 1 of the London Station which basically connect with all the other ones where the most important part in London are. Even when the hotel is kind of old if I go back to London I will pick this hotel the location was all for us.

Internet connection is too low but I guess most of the travelers will have data in their phone which they wont need the internet connection.

It was a nice little place with character. Staff were very welcoming. We stayed for one night and it served the purpose we needed. They gave cute little soap and shampoo sachets. For the price we paid it was worth it and it was close to shops with easy access to public transport. I also loved the little keepsake given to us.

My friend wanted to order a brew but couldn't order unless spending £10 or more

Perfect position, next to the underground. The owner Mr George is very nice and avaible.

The room is little bit too small but it's fine if you have to visit the city and use the room to sleep only. Maybe an extra electrical socket near the bed would be useful. No phon in camera we had to took it from home

Very good location, nice kitchen facilities, the room was warm, great stuff and very good price. We had no problem with hearing a lot from outside or other rooms, maybe the rooms on the lower level are better in isolating sound.

The room was very small and not a lot of space to leave your luggage but for the price it was not really a problem. The water had low pressure and sometimes if was only cold water.

Breakfast included bread, butter, peanut butter, chocolate and jam spread, 1 boiled egg, tea and coffee. Very kind personnel, everywhere is hot enough, linen, pillows and towels smell fresh and look clean. Very convenient place - 100m from Earl's Court tube station, many shops and restaurants in just 3min walk.

We were on 2nd floor, sometimes internet was slow or missing. We had private bathroom but pressure of the water was low. Will be good to have some tomato/cucumber, cheese, sausages or ham for breakfast.
