Loved everything here! It was our first time in Portugal and spent the first week of our holidays in Lisbon, so happy to have booked WC as our homebase for that first week! We found everything as advertised, and their friendly staff is a plus! Loved the location! Almirante Reis Street is very near the historic downtown, but not so near that it becomes too crowded. Bonus treat - very near Martin Monis if you want to take Tram 28 (you should!). I loved that there were a lot of restaurants nearby, mostly local and traditional Portuguese, with better price ranges than those in downtown. The room itself was spacious, big comfy bed with clean linens and daily room cleaning (except, they missed to do that on our last night) Friendly and helpful front desk staff especially Mayk, who was always patient to answer all of our queries.

Nothing! Everything was perfect! (we stayed 5 nights from May 20 - 25, 2024). We highly recommend this and would stay here again or in another WC franchise (there was another one just across the street)

The hotel rooms have a unique style! And yes, what you see on the photos are indeed real tiles on the walls. It was meticulously clean and the staff is awesome. It is definitely something special to experience. There is also a stop of the famous tram 28 street car nearby the hotel that takes you to every interesting district in Lisbon. You can also go by nearby metro station Intendente if you want to be faster.

The hotel is right beside the street cars. So, you hear them rumbling when you have sensitive ears. But that's something you have at any place nearby every street car line. While the city center is just three metro stops from the hotel, I wouldn't recommend to walk that way at night. Take the metro or an Uber. The hotel has its own brunch restaurant (if you don't want breakfast). The place is ok, the food varies in quality and is slightly overpriced and mainly made to look ok on pictures.

Clean, elegant, nice room, nice bathroom, friendly staff, looks new.

I loved the property. And it’s very close to the subway. However, it seems that the neighborhood isn’t as cared as the hotel. Besides, too many foreigners from Africa or Middle East with a different culture and language give the impression that you are not in Portugal when you walk in the streets around the hotel. If you’re into a more global experience, it’s nice. If you prefer a more traditional Portuguese culture, maybe consider another place.

OK So this is a mermaid/water lovers paradise and it didn't disappoint this mermaid water loving girl. Loved everything about this place, a bit of a walk to some things but metro close by and taxis/ubers a plenty. it was a nice trade off fir a more spacious room than more central hotel options. The washroom was amazing. breakfast was lovely - they had lots of variety with healthier options and amazing chocolate croissants mmmm. Hotel staff were kind, attentive and friendly. I loved the bed - especiallythe sheets and the pillows probably My fabourite bed during our stay in 5 hotels in Portugal. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay at pther properties owned by this chain in the future.

The Hotel was very modern, and it was in an ideal location for us. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. When we asked for an iron and ironing board, someone brought it to the room within minutes, A big thing for us was the price for the two nights, which we thought was reasonable. Another plus was that the mini bar was free, so it was great to have some nice cold water in the room. The view from our room window was also stunning. I would 100% stay here again if I ever come back to Lisbon.

Nothing to dislike about this Hotel as we loved it.

Lots to love about this property including the details: Comfortable beds, rainfall shower, free mini bar, L’Occitane toiletries, Air Con, and baggage storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room was incredible - just like the photos. Really felt like we were in a spa/hotel - even had bathrooms and slippers to use. We had brunch at the nearby Mila restaurant which was delicious and even a 10% discount for hotel guests.

Nothing. There is frosted glass for the bathroom and toilet which can be a bit confronting at first if you’re not in a couple, but it’s not a big problem and did not affect our stay.

Location was just a short walk from metro and actually walking stance to town also. Lots of restaurants within walking distance which were very nice and the onsite place for breakfast and brunch was just fabulous. A very different style of hotel all like a WC - staff wearing pyjamas etc. Staff were all very nice and room very clean. Complimentary water and coke in the room was a nice touch.

The room was a bit clinical toilet like which I know is the theme but just was a bit too much for me. Bed was also a little soft for me but that's just my opinion as prefer a harder bed.

One significant "pro" for this place is the location. Also, it was very clean and all-in-all I had a good short stay there. One thing I noticed that the staff was extremely polite and helpful (although for my personal taste at times it was almost too helpful, I would dare to claim that know how to push a curtain button myself J).

A huge "con" is the noise from the street. I am not a light sleeper so it didn't bother me all that much but the noise is a real bummer. Also, the toilet doors are not closing per design and the whole bathroom area is behind the glass doors, so it's perfect for one person, but may get very awkward for people traveling together. Last but not least: the design of the hotel is extremely unusual, and again, it did not define my experience and I found it rather funnily decorated, but if someone has any sensitivities about aesthetics, maybe checking it out prior to the stay is a good idea.

Beautifully designed hotel with cool concept design and very good value for money. We stayed in a superior double room and the bed was incredibly comfy and the rain shower was amazing. Staff were very friendly and at hand to help. Location was great for getting straight on to the Metro train into the heart of of city and to the airport and the famous No. 28 and 12 trams were also very close by to hop on. The bistro attached to the hotel is a nice addition for having lunch and cocktails at.

The hotel is located in a less desirable area of the city and the area didn't feel particularly safe to walk around as a tourist so it was handy that transport networks were close by to use to avoid walking through.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Also there's the hotel restaurant with good breakfast. It has a nice roof top that is open for hotel guests. The decoration in funny, looks like an inside of a bathroom.

The rooms are pretty small and the bathroom is not separated from the sleeping area. Breakfast didn't have big variety of food (like cheese) but it has what you need. Location is about 15-20 min walk from the center of town, which is not too bad but also not that close.
