Traveled with Location: A few minutes away from Oimachi station, very convenient. Elevators are located for both S and T towers (registration is in S tower). A large Hankyu supermarket with so many options are just below in the same building, as well as various food choices (McDonalds, Denny's, Starbucks, konbini, Japanese restaurants, etc). There is also an onsen at the 3rd level for guests, and a spa I think (but we weren't able to use either during our two-night stay) What really blew me away was that there is a self-service cloakroom in S Tower, with dozens of large lockers and chains EACH with a programmable 4-digit code, which hotel guests can use the day of their check-in AND their check-out; meaning you can arrive early, store your luggage, go around Shinagawa (or anywhere else for that matter), come back, check in, enjoy your stay, and on your check-out day, leave your luggage again for the WHOLE day. This service is completely FREE, but will charge JPY300 for each lock you use after midnight. What a great service for guests!

Space in the room could be larger, but that could be said of majority of accommodations in Japan.

Location is amazing. All the guidances were easy to follow. Onsen was really well managed.

I wish it were possible to purchase breakfast and Onsen tickets through my phone or directly from my room, rather than having to do so only at the reception area. Additionally, it would be great if the entire hotel were non-smoking. I noticed the tiny smell of cigarettes in the hallways on the non-smoking floor, particularly near the windows or when passing by the smoking room, which is located next to the women’s laundry room.

I found the quality of the rooms, the facilities available both inside the room and in the building, to be excellent. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had a wonderful view of the city and docklands (towards Haneda airport). This building has multiple restaurants, a supermarket, spa, ATM etc. And is location opposite the entrance the metro. I think the area of Shinagawa is also perfectly located for those who want to live in a more residential area but get to the main hubspots within 30 minutes. It's a short walk to many local restaurants and bars, you won't be disappointed! Checking in and out was easy, and the rooms were cleaned daily unless you request otherwise. Thank you so much to all the staff at the hotel! I can't believe how good the price was for this hotel.

It’s was soooo good. Very close to the train station even it’s not on yamamote line but still convenient!! The room is big enough for solo traveler like me, actually it’s bigger than I thought and bigger than normal Japanese hotel room. There is not bathtub in the bath room but I don’t care cause normally I don’t use it. There is Family mart on the first floor. The luggage room was amazing you can use it by yourself there are plenty of place to keep your luggages!! And the reception was self check in however hotel manager are there to help you if you don’t understand the process.

Convenient location as the hotel is steps away from the JR station, and only 1 train stop away from Shinagawa Station. Plenty of excellent dining options and shopping locations close to the hotel. Hotel room itself was very clean, functional, and comfortable to stay in. Enjoyed the hot bath facility in the same building complex as well as the discounted price for hotel guests. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip back to Tokyo. Exceptional value for the price of the hotel.

Room is not too large, so can get uncomfortable if too much luggage. The shower faucet was a little awkward as you have to keep pushing the lever to make the water run continuously. Somewhat inconvenient that you had to go to the lobby each time to get a towel replacement.

Overall great experience. The rooms are very small as this seems to be mainly a business hotel but you cannot beat the location. Access to the train is literally right across the street and there's tons of food options all around the hotel.

Spa doesn't allow tattooed people to go to spa. I was offered a spa ticket at check-in which I purchased then later found out they discriminate against people with body art and keep them out of certain places. They did refund me.

It was great for each of us to have our own space at the end of our trip. The room was a perfect size and the bathroom was nice. The amenities of air, tv and fridge were nice pluses. Although further than the areas we wanted to visit, the location was in a nice area and near the trains.

The location was nice but turned out to be a little far from the areas we wanted to visit. I was unfamiliar with using the magnetic signs for the room door for service. I felt bad they cleaned my room when it didn't need it and it wasn't really ready for it!!

This hotel surprised me. When every other hotel for the weekend was over $200, Ours Inn was a great value. Just steps from the West Exit in a low key train station. What I liked the most was the self service bag storage. The bag storage room is HUGE, and you enter a PIN number to lock up your bags. You can come early and do this then go explorer the city until your check in time. Then when you leave, you can do the same, store your bags when you check out until it's time to go.

I stayed at Ours Inn Hankyu for three nights. It was more than enough for a solo traveler. It’s directly across from Oimachi Station, literally a 2-minute walk! It’s part of this mall structure, so there’s grocery stores & restaurants & information booths under it. Laundry unit was gender-separated & functional. I used the spa on my last night there, highly recommend! Also, they successfully delivered my luggage to my next hotel so just ask reception. Every single employee (from reception to housekeeping) was amazing!

Very convenient location, just one station from Shingawa and around 30 minutes away from Shinjuku and Shibuya. There are also number of restaurants and convenient stores nearby so its quite easy to grab some food even if you are arriving late or leaving early. The room is neat and tidy, with necessary amenities such as television, kettle, fridge and hair dryer in place, though a little bit small. Bedding is comfortable as well. Check-in/out is through self-service machine, it take a very short time and is easy to use. There are also number of friendly staff standby at the lobby to offer you assistance. Self-service luggage locker is available at the lobby for free.

Not enough electricity plug in the room, and there is no USB charging port as well. What a pity that there is not bath tub in the room, you can only visiting the public bath if you fancy a hot water bath after a day of walk. Soundproofing for the door is not so good, you may hear someone talking on the corridor.
