- Clean and comfortable capsule hotel about 1-2 minutes walk from station exit. - Nice aesthetics. Lounge chairs were pretty comfortable. - Good WiFi. - Bed had lockers inside of them, which was convenient. There was an area outside of capsule beds where you could hook your luggage up to a lock. - There’s a regular shower stall on the capsule room floor if you aren’t comfortable taking public showers in the spa. - Location felt like more of a local area, yet is in a pretty central location close to hot spots. Did not see too many tourists around here. There’s also a nice supermarket in one of the big buildings across from the train station. - Three washers and three dryers in spa room. Detergent is provided. - Front desk gives you free slippers if you ask for them.

Good cheap breakfast, has pretty comfortable onsen and will provide disposable amenities for the guests. Despite it being a communal living environment, it is comfortable enough even for the most reclusive traveler.

Hard to find, the entrance is hidden behind a small alley between two bars. Few English speaking staff but helpful non the less. Capsules beds are a bit uncomfortable in the humidity of spring/summer

We stayed here before our flight, the stay was very comfortable and had superb facilities. The onsens were nice, we got lounge wear, slippers, all the toiletries one could imagine (didn’t even need to disturb our luggage). Although the staff spoke only Japanese, the checkin and checkout process was very easy. The sleeping area was quite and with the sound of the ventilator it was hard to hear anything else. Beds are not the most comfortable but it does the job. Also, the capsules are gender separated so it may not be ideal for het-couples to do long stays here but common lounging areas are accessible.

Very friendly staff, tranquil sleeping area, very nice lounge with comfy chairs and many manga accessible for all guest. Huge variety of bath amenities are provided, including face cleanser and face and body lotion. They also have a small public bath, which is a nice experience for all tourists.

Not really bad but a bit inconvinient: during 11am and 4pm guest are leave the sleeping floor. You also can't check-in early even though I was willing to accept extra charge.

The staff is supportive. They can use machine translator to communicate in English. The locker inside the capsule is very convenient. There is changing room for female with full body mirror. Near the station and many bus stops.

Only 1 shower room on the female floor. So you have to either go to the public bath or wait until it's your turn.

It was around a lot of restaurants and close to train stations. It was clean and fairly easy to figure things out if you don’t know any Japanese.

Unfortunately there was only one shower on the women’s floor. Luckily it wasn’t an issue since k woke up really early to get my day started but it didn’t seem like it was much of an issue later in the day either.

Everything was very clean and easy to use. The staff was friendly and attentive.The beds were comfortable, and the lounge area had a variety of seats and reading material. It was one of the best accommodations I've stayed at. Would definitely stay there again!

The toilets were stall style, so it wasn't as private as I would have liked, but they were very clean and comfortable overall.

I enjoyed that the hotel came with public baths, free toiletries and a sauna! It was enjoyable to rewind after a long day with the items, the capsule hotel I think in recent years has been a type of checklist item for many travellers but this hotel is a good place to have this experience at , I was also able to check in very late at night (about 10pm) with no difficulties

The location (if you come in from the airport) is a little hard to get to if you're coming in with heavier baggage, the train station you end up alighting at is a few ways away, and the pathways taken to the hotel hence becomes longer than expected on google maps due to the area not having many elevators but then having overhead crossings

I have stayed twice at this property once when I first arrived in Japan and once when I left. The staff is amazing, helpful and they answer to all your query. The property is spotless and the rooms are quiet. They provide all amenities for ladies. You have a onsen to enjoy and also a sauna. The lounge are has shelves of manga and you have of course TV. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is very nice and clean! The onsen is perfect after a long day and stays open late The beds were comfortable with one pillow and one blanket. I liked that they had plenty of toiletries, and pjs and towels. The locker was pretty big too, and fit my backpack and had a couple hangers. Rolling luggage could be stored down the hall. I didn't try breakfast but the menu looked good for ¥500. The hotel is set back from the main street. You walk through an outdoor dining area to get there.

My bed was near the door and it was a little noisy. Google Maps gave me the wrong directions, but Booking.com directions were correct.
