Clean and very big room. Friendly reception stuff. All of them smile and say hello. Close to the port and the beach right across the road. Everything that you need in the room, like: vanity set, toothpaste and brush, slippers and bathrobe, shoe polish sponge, etc.

Breakfast only until 10:00 a.m. sharp, they collect everything even if you are still eating. People that come on vacation and don't have kids want to enjoy waking up late and not to go half asleep to eat breakfast. Also if you come like 9:30 you mostly find leftovers and some salads miss at all. At the breakfast was a redheaded lady that was nervously and loudly cleaning after people that finished, knocking glasses against eachother and dragging chairs off the floor. The cleaning ladies start very early vacuuming and cleaning the rooms, like 7-8 in the morning if some people checkout.

Good location, next to the Port, close to the Garden of the sea. Nice room with beautiful sea view, comfortable bed.

The parking is underground, small, really difficult to get in. I think most of the cars were damaged trying to do that. We recommend to park in a pay parking down the street, near the Marina Administration, 12 leva for 24 hours, 5 minutes walking to the hotel. The breakfast was not great, same products everyday and not tasty. Of course it's a matter of taste.

The apartment was very big with 2 bathrooms, and has a nice view for the sea. The breakfast was great! very tasty and fresh, the best I had in Bulgaria. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, very convenient if you come by car, so no need to enter to the narrow old-city streets.

I ordered a room for 3, the sofa bed was terrible, hard to sleep. The room was in floor 1, with a balcony close to the street and had a lot of noise. The air-condition (both of them) didn't work, only made noise. reserving a parking spot takes extra money - about 20 lev a day.

Excellent location, on the left you have the beach and the Sea Garden. On the right side, you have the port. Very clean hotel (rooms, lobby, everything); Very polite, kind staff, they don't forget to smile :) I think I've visited Bulgaria about 30 times and this is by far the best breakfast I've ever had. You have plenty of choices, and the food quality is outstanding. Having said that, I warmly recommend Panorama Hotel, if you visit Varna.

The hotel was ideally situated but located on a busy corner. We expected this going in due to previous reviews. The first receptionest (dark hair) was a pleasure...she gave amazing information, set us up with a great manicurest and checked opening times and all in all was a joy and it was clear she enjoyed helping. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The room's light fixture kept falling off. The second day's receptionist was just going through the motions and did not smile. Shw did her job but that was all. She also insisted that we arrive at the airport way earlier than we needed to...security didn't even open until 45 minutes after we arrived.

great location by the Black Sea, few minutes walking from the center. wonderful view to the sea and Varna port. we took the sea view room it it was amazing to watch the sun rise from the balcony. very good house keeping. good breakfast.

the stuff in breakfast took all the food and drinks and even the milk from the coffee machine at 10:00 AM exactly and there was many people still dining. no kettle at the room.

Breakfast varialibility not big, but enough and delicious. Our room was big and quit. Air conditionig is working properly. The hotel is in a good place, just near the beach, near the bus stop. A lot of bars and cafes along the beach. A lot of taxi services available.

Not dislike, but the proposal. It would be nice to have drinking water for free in the room

The hotel's location is just perfect for those who want to enjoy night life by the sea shore. You don't need transport, you can get to a lot of fancy restaurants and clubs by foot. The staff is lovely and very polite and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and abundant. The entire hotel is clean and contemporary. The beds and pillows are just great- so comfortable! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The car parking is not that well arranged but the staff is very helpful and support you while parking your car if needed.

I was staying many times some 10 years ago on biz. The hotel stuff was professional and very friendly. I felt like at home. Cant say the same now. Otherwise the hotel facilities are ok.

I always have problem with the garage. Small , you need many maneuvers to park.
