The room was lovely, clean, well equippped and the bathroom/shower exceptional.

The room unfortunately was opposite a building site, so although we had a sea view if looking to the right, to the left was a noisy construction site with 24/7 generator. The double glazing was very good so this didnt bother us in the room, but we couldnt use the balcony due to that.

I enjoyed from the moment of arrival with the bellboys who are super genuinely warm and start a great interaction with you that makes you feel so welcome, the check in process with Ahktar (sorry if it's miss spelled) which was super thorough and warm, Diana in the lobby with a warm smile and ready to help, the spa facilities were outstanding, but the massage from Jenny was trully the best I ever had, all details are taken in consideration from the comfort of the bed, linen, temperature, light and the skills and experience from Jenny to carry the treatment. Also, a great addition was the Davines line for room amenities.

I would suggest having allocated beach beds for in-house guests, and the wet deck pool could use better maintenance and cleanliness.

Staff were fabulous and very personable. Spa was very good. Amenities on the whole were excellent. The adult only pool was very good.

The dining room at breakfast was very crowded and we had to wait most days for a table. It might be a good idea to have an adult only dining room away from screaming children throwing food everywhere and leaving tables in a mess.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were really accommodating of special requests and never made it seem like it was a big deal or was troubling them. I have never received better service from a hotel than the W on the Palm.

There is not much I didn't like at all. Since I did come with a newborn it would have been nice to have more sound blockage from the party on the rooftop however it was still significantly blocked up due to the double-glazed doors to the balcony.

Restaurants are class. Would be good if you are there to party but for a chilled vacay it wasn’t ideal. Staff were excellent.

Dark dingy, corridors. The ‘wet deck’ pool party beats were so loud even in the chilled pool area you couldn’t relax, was insane. Fine if you were there to party otherwise annoying.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! When one of my nieces fell sick and was vomiting, the hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They consistently checked in on her to ensure she was feeling better. Moreover, they graciously provided us with fresh fruits and complimentary servings of rice and potatoes, which were perfect for her sensitive stomach. Their kindness and attentiveness during this tough time were truly heartwarming. The room was cozy, and the amenities were fantastic, but it was the staff's compassion and care that made our stay extraordinary. We felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Explanation of the use of restaurants with half board should be on the booking.com website. No information to what the restrictions they have are mentioned i.e. you can only have up to 150 aed worth of food/drinks (which is not alot) Also when I did speak to the staff prior to arrival they did not let me know the conditions they have with half board, which cost me extra money sadly.

the room given to us had views of construction and a lot of noise as well considering the resort was not full they could have given us a room without the construction site and noise.
