Amazing Hotel. Great location.

The hotel receptionist John, very rude and an unpleasant person to talk to. His attitude stinks. Really destroyed our mood. I would not book at this hotel if I have to see him at reception. Condescending attitude, seemed like a race issue, as we noticed he was very pleasant towards European patrons. Took him 45 minutes to arrange a porter to our room. We usually stay at Atlantis Roayl or Palm, and the service there is impeccable. John, if you want to work in the hospitality industry, then you need to he pleasant towards your guests and treat all guests the same. Lady at Concierge was very good and polite.

The hotel is beautiful, the kids club is amazing, the beach club is super nice and also the pool area. We also enjoyed the a la carte restaurants a lot and the staff is working hard to fulfill all your needs. If the hotel is busy make sure you book restaurants in advance. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and the critics are small problems which can be solved easily.

The hotel was super busy, therefore the buffet breakfast was very chaotic with long waiting times. Unfortunately the typical sunbed reservation with towels was not stopped by the hotel, so you saw people at 8 am going to the pool, block their sunbeds and do not return for hours but when you arrived at 9.30 you would not get a sunbed for the full day. This does not really fit to a 5 star hotel in Dubai and the hotel should really find a solution for this.

The room was nice but with a very loud Air conditioning..Which is strange for an hotel of this class..I asked the room service twice to fix the loud air-conditioning The furniture in the room start to get old and need refreshing Breakfast is just great Pool is clean and superb

The staff called me several times to pay the spa extras I asked them several times to put the charges on my room but without a success To be called 5 times in row on my mobile and 5 times in my room on my room number is just not polite?!!

Truly 5 star service from the moment you step out of the transfer, to the moment you check out. The hotel is beautiful, and certainly delivers on the Ottoman Opulence claims. We booked the Club Lounge access, and this made our trip extra special. The Lounge manager (Earl) was exceptional - as were his team - they took the time to get to know the family, and we certainly felt like the service was tailored to our likes and needs. You genuinely feel like a VIP with the level of service and attention you get, without it feeling forced or unnatural. The water sports team, pool bar servers, and lifeguards were also really helpful and friendly with all the family. The quality of food across the great variety of restaurants available was impeccable. We were just disappointed the kids wanted to use the buffet restaurant more often (which is still very good), as the Lebanese, Japanese Grill, and Indian were outstanding! The e-butler (WhatsApp) service is really useful, and very attentive. You receive instant responses to anything from dinner reservation requests, to hotel information. Our little boy lost his sunglasses on the first day… the following day I messaged to ask if there was a lost and found desk, advising what had been lost, within 5 minutes the glasses were delivered to the room. Recommendations: - Get half board with club access, it’s worth every penny - Make use of the premium restaurants on your half board package, and have breakfast in the lounge - Evening cocktails in the lounge are not to be missed - served with canopies

The service was so good I don’t think we had scope to find any faults. It was genuinely the best service we’ve ever experienced. The bench mark (in Dubai) for that comparison is; Atlantis Palm, Rixos Palm, Sofitel JBR.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Dubai and the last time I came I stayed at Zabeel. It still looks brand new. It felt to good to return. Travelling with family with allergies, I was apprehensive about Dubai with the use of nuts in a lot of dishes. However the chef Krishna (forgive if not correct spelling) and the catering team were exceptional. The catering team and bakery went over and above to look after us. I felt very reassured. Everyday the chef met us to talk about what they could do for her but, egg and dairy allergy. Including special fresh croissants, focaccia bread, and all sorts of puddings. it was almost as though they felt it was a good challenge for the catering team to come up with something just as delicious but without the allergens. It was amazing every day. I would have no hesitation recommending the hotel. The room was amazing as my previous visit. My daughter was really impressed as well. Special mentions to Sunil, William, Muneesh. Donna, Della, Lilik, Ankur, Krishner and Ebaneezer. They made the stay incredible and are an asset to the business and would be the main reason for me to choose the hotel again next time. Their dedication to the hotel is stunning. Once again if a family member has allergies and you are concerned, be assured they will look after you.

Couldn't fault anything. Incredible stay. Staff were fantastic. I didn't want to find things wrong with it and came away with an experience I cannot pick holes in,

Everything was clean and tidy. The food was delicious. All the restaurants were exceptional. The pool and beach were clean and the staff were very attentive. We took advantage of the jet skiing and Yacht trip one day/evening and we also did the desert adventure. All of them were top notch and worth it.

Room was extremely clean and spacious. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choices and restaurants food was excellent.

I could go on and on, but I won’t. This hotel is world class and took such good care of us especially when our toddler got sick and needed to go to hospital. 10/10 staff, service and amenities. I will never hesitate to return, it would feel like coming home.

My only complaint is that it was so hot during the day I couldn’t take my toddler outside to swim. So we would wake up early to use the pool (6-7am) to use the pool before it got too hot but it wasn’t open until 8am. My suggestion would be to open the pool earlier in the very hot months to help accommodate families with little kids :)

Generally the hotel was great. we have been before in 2018 and our expectations were high. The property is stunning and the spa is one the best iv been too. Xmas decoration were pretty spectacular as well. even though everything was great, nothing stood out as WOW.

If i had to point our a few things. - Location, its at the end of the palm. so if you plan to leave the hotel daily. it takes around 20 minutes just to get off the palm - Events, its a very popular wedding hotel, they dont have a separate entrance for wedding guests, so lobby and driveway gets very busy.
