Hotel location..

Our check in was at 2pm.. We reached there at 9-10am around. We had booked 3 rooms.. We asked only for one room for early check in as we were traveling with old age parents. They denied and asked for 150000vnd for early check in.. At least they should had to give 1 room before check in time.

The location, right along the river near the APEC Park is extremely convenient. Local delicacies abound within short walking distances. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and every creature comfort necessary for a budget traveler. Wifi is excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating and arranged for all the 3 rooms we booked on the same floor. Housekeeping was done every day of my one week stay.

It will help if the hot water reservoir is bigger as the hot water runs out pretty quickly during a shower. And the rain shower in my room is broken.

I stayed at Phu An for two nights and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location with really nice views of the Dragon Bridge. I even got a free upgrade to a room with a view of the bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was really hard. I didn't mind because I prefer a hard mattress but I can see how it would be a problem for some people. The room was clean. The restaurant was not working but there is plenty of options on the hotel doorstep. Overall I was happy with my stay and the value for money

I was excited about the pool but it wasn't in use. The top floor looked under construction so that was a bit disappointing

The view of the rooftop is amazing. The room is quite spacious and comfortable.

On booking.com it says that the hotel offers an airport shuttle service (for extra charge). When we asked for it, it turned out that they do not have a real service, but they would just call a taxi for you. We asked in the hotel for a price and she gave us a rough number, but in the end you pay the taxi and it depends on the taxameter... So, this information on booking.com is wrong. Another little thing: They told us that the water was free and it turned out, only some of the water. Not really a big thing, but ridiculous as they pretend to have a good service and in every little homestay they give you water for free.

Good location, near the dragon bridge and for the price it was really good. The rooftop was open so you got good views and could go up and sunbathe/ use the pool which we didn’t decide to do. Property allowed us to leave luggage before checking in and after checking out. Staff were very friendly and helpful - our room wasn’t ready until around 3pm but it was worth the wait for a better view

Would have been cool to have a rooftop bar as well as the pool - one night was particularly noisy as there were some kids running around very early in the morning but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel just other guests. I’ve seen some bad reviews for this hotel saying that it’s dirty but I think it could just do with a lick of paint - it’s not dirty

Experience 10/10! 📍The location is perfect because you can easily reach each part of the city. 🧹 Very deep and professional the daily room clean! We found only something the sheets with some dots. 👥 The receptionist girls were super nice with us! Disappointed about the guy, not welcoming and very nice with us. 🏊‍♀️ Swimming pool super nice in the last floor, unfortunately we didn't used bc the water was too cold! 🎑 Wonderful view on the golden bridge

It was clean and they provided gel shower and bottles of water on arrival.

Housekeepers will usually make the room around 4 pm. On my first day I arrived around that time so I told them to postpone the cleaning to the next day. I stayed there 3 nights, and after saying no to the first cleaning, they never came back. So no fresh towels/new toilet paper or bed made in 4 days. The location is pretty good but take into account that is surrounded by avenues/highways, which makes it harder to cross and move to places (unless you take a grab).

This is the place you need to be if you’re near Da Nang. We initially booked only 1 day and extended stay for 2 more days. Excellent room, excellent location, stocked up toiletries and water and coffee/ tea with kettle. Only thing I didn’t like was property doesn’t have a geyser so you don’t get hot water if the day isn’t sunny. Also the pool is a scam. Always locked and they even hid the pool on the elevator which is on the 10th floor. Will choose this next time I visit Da Nang as well!

It is fabulous, the location is perfect. It is easy to go anywhere.

Only ONE staff who really can speak and Understand English well. The male staff who usually takes night shift cannot understand English at all, abd he is LESS friendly. Thuy and Chi are very friendly and helpful, despite their English. It is quite far from the folk market that it is hard to find local foods. You have to walk for around 1-2 km towards the business strip to find Asian foods. But, it is good for health though. Basically, it is a great hotel.

This Hotel is value for money with all the necessity. Cab from international airport should only cost 66,000 to 70,000 + 9,000 vnd airport fee. They will match the bank/other highest exchange rate, best around.

Location is good if required to go between airport and city centre or morning market. Grab is always available or a bike hire just underneath with lovely fried chicken and fabulous coffee. Good value for a transient location.
