The location was very good and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable.

We were unable to eat breakfast at the hotel as a tour that we had booked tour started at 6:30am. We found that breakfast was not served until 7am. No "take-away" breakfast was offered for this situation. The furniture and decor was in all respects quite dated. There was an electrical issue in one room (no interior lights) that caused us to change rooms. There was a lot of late night street noise and light that came through the window and into the room. There were no drapes that could be drawn to cover the window.

We loved the room, the location of the hotel and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, and not the hotels fault, Fridays and Saturdays are not so good in the location due to loud vehicles and so much noise outside. It was so unfortunate but of course, this is not the hotels fault, just a shame as we did not have much sleep on those nights. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

The location was wonderful with a view to North of the port and within easy walking distance of the rich street art of Valparaiso. The owners and managers took exceptional care of us from making suggestions, to explaining the area, to making reservations - even when our stay in the area coincided with the historic fires in the region. A very special place.

The vibe of the Hotel is great! It looks classy in every way. Breakfast is included but it is a predetermined menu. Maybe for some is not enough.

I stayed a night in winter (august) and it was -2°C outside so the Hotel had the heaters all the way up. It got so hot inside the rooms that I had to open a window to sleep comfortably.

Excellent service especially on Dec 22 early morning 5am our day-tour pickup time was changed and we have not yet get the info from the tour company, the hotel front desk staff was very friendly and helpful helping us for contacting the tour company and make sure we could get the pickup on the new pickup time, their excellent service was highly appreciated and recommenced!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I was given clear directions for restaurants and how to make my way around downtown, I wasn't overwhelmed with too much information during check in, just the exact and precise information I needed to do checking in swift and quick while still enjoying the facilities.

Very nice hotel. Room was good, clean and spacious. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Central location just up the road from town square and short walks to local sights. Easy for taxis and tour pick ups to find. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Very friendly and helpfull stuff and they also spoke english very well. Rooms look really nice.

The rooms are quite loud, you here when the neigbours switch on the water, close the door very loud. They promote the bathtube but remove the plugs so you can still only use them as showers.

I loved that it was clean and particularly the wonderful English speaking receptions.. Thomas and Diego.. because of this I have added extra nights and still here!

I am at front a little noisy.. but nothing too much during the night.

Exceptional customer service from both Sebastian who worked hard to book a Magdalena tour and Christopher very helpful and knowledgeable with local places and good historical knowledge. Internet great
