Such a lovely little hotel with a great feeling of being a home for a few days. Perfect location for me by the lake, quiet & comfortable… easy walk into the old town (40 minutes) along the edge of the magnificent lake. Excellent breakfast. Super clean & comfortable room. Secure parking behind a gate. Staff very nice & professional. Added bonus is high class restaurant across the street, connected with the great chef Paul Bocuse. I ate there both nights. Phenomenal waiting staff. I really lucked out with this place last minute!

Nothing at all

Nice hotel on edge of Lake Annecy. Room was clean and comfortable and the bed was very good. Decor seemed to be fairly fresh, clean and modern. We had a nice little patio area (room 6) and the free, secure parking is a proper bonus. Gorgeous garden with seating was a very nice area to chill. The guy that was behind the reception desk on the two afternoons/evenings we were there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. A great bonus to the hotel team. Quite a little walk into Annecy Town but a great area nonetheless with some nice restaurants and bars within easy reach, and the walk to the main town is simply stunning.

It would have been nice to of had a bar at the hotel. There were a couple of bottled, local, beers available (which were very tasty) and a cocktail of the day but that was it. The garden is a great place to be able to sit in but a few more drinks choices would have meant we could have spent more time enjoying it. The bathroom door in our room didn't fully shut over the door aperture so the gaps down both sides meant little privacy for people in the bathroom. TV didn't work (I don't know it this had to be paid for as an extra) and the A/C seemed difficult to adjust.

Loved the location it was perfect for all activities including going into Annecy old town doing lake activities or exploring more parts of the lake The rooms were exceptional with good facilities and set back enough away from the main roads and noise. The views from the hotel were stunning and really made the stay even better

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like but one recommendation would be for the hotel to have a deal with the bike hire shop down the road, with guest getting so much off a bike rental or option for a bike rental built in to there room cost this would be a feature many would like

The aircon was good, great shower & very quiet at night. It was about 40 minutes walk into Annecy along the lakeside. Breakfast at 14 euro each was good. Reception staff very friendly & helpful & it was very clean Reasonable restaurant next to the hotel

Not very keen on the style of door on the shower-room; sliding door didn’t give much privacy! I think if they spend a little money on the exterior of this hotel, it would be even better The cost to call a taxi from the hotel is extortionate! 25 euros for 1 mile!!!

Secure parking on arrival, included in the costs. We arrived early evening and there were a few spaces left for us. On check in we were put into a room with a lake view which I don't recal paying for. The view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast not included but if you exit the hotel and head South East along the lakeside for literally 5 mins walk you'll find an awesome little bakery. The town is a 30 mins walk but it's a lovely walk to take, especially along the lake. We ate at one of the very many resturants in town. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. I think it may have had a makeover based on some of the reviews. We stayed in the main building. Value for money, would defintely stay again. Watersports / pedlos etc right on your doorstep.

Wonderful location, easy access and convenient private parking with access code throught the gate. Lovely staff, easy check-in and out. Didn't book a room with lake view, yet I was offerred one and it made our stay even better! Motorised blinds at the window, with a nice black-out effect for a relaxing sleep. The beds were also really comfy. Good temp in the room (we stayed in Jan), it was nice and warm. This will definitely be the first on the list next time we visit Annecy!

Close to the lake, good sized room

Balcony door broken, could not use it or the sofa as they had taken the cushions off to keep the door closed, still had to pay full price for the room, no discount or anything offered. We were in the Annex as we paid for a balcony with lake view, you could see the lake just! Gate on the secure parking was never closed. Service of the room was just bin emptied and clean towels, even when we didn’t need any. Overpriced for what it is. They seemed more interested in promoting the restaurant

Property was great, we were unfortunately disappointed about the surroundings. Restaurants close by had limited options, only French cuisine or for example “pizzas” all with ham or bacon, not one veg option. Another restaurant with slightly more choices had its kitchen closed at 21:15 on a Sunday evening in the season and with quite many people still out. Probably you need to explore other areas in Annecy to get more food choices or order a proper pizza delivery to the hotel.

The facilities in the room were of a high standard. The hotel looked modern sand spotlessly clean. Notice at reception said staff were happy to speak French, English or Spanish.

Breakfast was good but overpriced. The hotel were unable to source a taxi to the station on my last morning: this was not their fault and I still had time to walk but as I made the request the night before I would have hoped to be informed sooner. This was the only glitch though and in general the staff were excellent and I would return to this hotel.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Hôtel Les Muses for upgrading my room to one with a breathtaking view of the lake. The experience was truly exceptional, and I am immensely thankful for their generosity and thoughtfulness. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing me with a serene and picturesque setting to enjoy throughout my stay. The staff's professionalism and friendliness added an extra touch of warmth and made me feel like a valued guest.
