The hotel was perfectly situated, just a stone's throw away from the Train/Bus station which was handy when flying in from Geneva. The staff were so pleasant & helpful & always smiled & greeted us. The room was huge with a separate bed and lounge/kitchen area. All very well equipped if you wanted to cook some basics. Big spacious balcony with table & chairs. Big walk in shower & a bath with a separate toilet. There is a free Coffee & a huge selection of fresh tea in reception available 24/7 which was welcome as Annecy is pretty costly. We didn't bother with the breakfast as we were generally full up from the night before but it was available on request. We also thought that the free table football, games, books, water & sometimes croissants were a lovely touch. Overall very good value for money.

Everything was perfect for us but some may find the noise outside a bit loud during the evening. But I think this was mostly revellers from the bar opposite 'Le Craic' who had been watching the French World Cup Rugby games so fair enough. I think the AC system could be a bit more powerful, fine for us most of the time (during mid Sept) but it would have been different in the peak season.

Location was perfect for access to the city centre. Large studio apartment with all necessary kitchen equipment, although it lacked sufficient towels for the number of guests staying in the apartment.

No clear signs for the hotel or the parking for the hotel. Code for car park not provided on confirmation, neither was the telecom to speak to reception working at the entrance to the car park. Drove round for at leat 45 minutes before we were able to find a parking space near the hotel in order for someone to run into the hotel and ask reception for the code to access underground parking. Better signage is key to giving guests with a car a stress free stay. Parking is 13euro per day

Lovely, cozy, good size aparthotel, well situated near the train station and 10min walk from the old city. Great if travelling with kids, my 5year old played in the designated kids area every time he got a chance. Very nicely decorated,you get everything you need in such a compact space.

Breakfast is not worth the money, you don't get much and the area gets very crowded. We only went once out of the 4 days and preferred to eat in the apt or in the city. Deep cleaning needed, lots of dust piled under the bed (a kid who goes everywhere) and the bathroom fan had loads of webs. Also we found it a strange policy not to have housekeeping for a shorter stay. But overall good, will surely come again.

Easy check in and check out, staff was nice and reactive. Kitchen fully equipped, they also give us a Nespresso coffee machine for our apartment. Free additional bed for our baby, nice common area with toys, books, board games, free water (also sparkling!), cool apartment with modern furniture and modern TV, wifi works well, close to the station (3 minutes walking) and the city center (10 minutes walking). Highly recommended for families and those who want to have their own flat without giving up on the practical aspects of having a reception, weekly cleaning service and common areas.

Our bath sink was a little clogged and we had to wait 2 days to get it repaired as we mentioned it on Sunday morning and the following Monday was a bank holiday. It was clogged from the beginning of our stay. These things should be checked before welcoming in the new guests. I appreciate it was Sunday + a bank holiday but since this is the time of the year where you get the most tourists maybe it's also when you want to be able to solve these issues more quickly to make their stay more comfortable. On the following working day the issue was solved. Other than this, everything was great.

Just 3 mins walk to the station through the tunnel. No matter it’s raining or too sunny, perfect! Quite spacious, got everything in the room. My dog loves it, there is a area for him to do his business once got out from the hotel. There is a water machine - top up your water. Coffee machine 24/7.

Shower is not powerful. Be careful the drunken outside the hotel night & sometimes during the day. I can hear the banging nouse from next door - it is not soundproof room.(request a quiet room)

Beautiful modern facility with great amenities and very helpful staff. The apartment was incredibly spacious, fully equipped , quiet and very clean. The location is amazing, right in the center of town with immediate access to the old town and lake, as well as a mall right next door. The bus stop across the street has access to multiple lines and the train station is also next door. One of the best apartments I’ve every found and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is located a short walk from the picturesque old town and was clean and fresh with a contemporary decor

The hotel entrance is quite tricky to find if you are driving via sat nav and upon our arrival the intercom from the busy car park barrier to the hotel reception wasn’t working. Although the hotel room advertises cooking amenities, they are extremely limited and the kitchenette is very small, as is the hotel room generally, only really comfortable for a few nights stay

The location was great and it was very easy to walk into old town and explore the area. The hotel had everything we needed and it was great that there were small apartments as it provides so much more space than you usually get in a single room. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean. The price for what you get is also exceptional compared to many other places in the area and around France. We even had a sauna to relax in and the gym had the bare necessities. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern. The facilities were great. The family suite had a seperate room on an upper floor for the parents which was lovely. Short walking distance to the main sites.

Would have been nice if there was a better selection of toiletries. There's just one large shower gel in the shower and one large handwash at the basin. No conditioner or shower cap etc. Other than that it was great.

Well located for access into the old town and lake. The staff were very pleasant, room was clean & spacious and the breakfast with freshly baked croissants & pancakes was really good.

Onsite parking was unavailable. Thankfully the train station car park right next door was available which saved the day. It smells of piss though - not a lot the hotel can do about that unfortunately.
