We had a flawless time at Orlando Hotel, together with the self check in, the room was just about the right size, of course we are only there to sleep, shower etc, so not expecting it to be huge, but it was more than adequate, the shower had good pressure & was hot enough, it was also good that we could actually open the big sash window, its always nice to have fresh air (as some places don't allow this or have very restricted openings!!), The location was perfect for us, it was quiet, not too far from either Shepherds Bush or Hammersmith tube stations, also within walking distance to Notting Hill, Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to my friends & family, no complaints at all, we can't comment on the TV, nor the wifi, as we never used either of them!!

It exceeded all my needs

It's excellent for the price, but don't expect luxury when you're not paying for it. It's not far from Hammersmith tube station, and strikes a balance between paying a premium price to stay somewhere more central. It was fine as somewhere to sleep overnight, very clean and had a powerful hot shower, which I liked. The staff are world class and very friendly. They kept in touch with me up to check-in time and made sure I had all of the information I needed.

It's was quite basic, and could have scored even more highly with a touch if TLC here and there, but that wouldn't put me off going back.

An amazing room for the low price, in a decently convenient area with a big Tesco right around the corner and the Olympia centre only 10 minutes away which is where we went for our convention. Beds are comfy, the shower has a nice high water pressure and the space itself is very roomy. Staff were always on hand to help and replies were quick. The self check in system is simple yet extremely secure, we slept well knowing we were safe and no one would be getting in. Will be staying again for the convention next year!

Very nitpicky but the toilet handle came loose, not a big deal as it was at the end of our stay :) next to a main road so it's rather noisy with the ambulances going past but I'm simply not used to all the noise being from the countryside, not the hotels fault at all!

amazing location! perfect for people attending concerts and conventions in the area. on a really regular bus route. easy check in, just needed to enter codes to get in. didn’t hear neighbours or the noisy london town outside, very well soundproofed. very clean and amenities are provided too! ideal for 1-3 nights in my opinion.

the mattress was horrendous! “boney” is the perfect way to describe it - the moment you sat on it, you could feel the bedframe through the mattress. it was a bit better when lying down, but it was probably the worst mattress i’ve slept on.

This hotel went above and beyond with so many little touches. I arrived early while the staff were cleaning the rooms, and the staff allowed me to leave my luggage in the room, and even offered to carry it up for me. There were two, large water bottles in the room for hydration, little Biscoff cookies on the nightstand, and a hand-written note welcoming me to the room. I never got to utilize the TV, but the electric kettle worked perfectly, and there was even a fan in the room to plug in to blow air on me, as the room did not have air conditioning. They left me clear instructions on how to access the front door and the room itself.

Nice toiletries, tea, coffee etc, waterbottle, chocolate, good location, friendly staff via Whatsapp, easy to check in. I stayed for 4 nights Thu-Mon, and on Sat they even asked me what time would be best for cleaning. Bed was quite comfortable. Good basic room.

Dirty and old fitted carpet, it gave me allergies. The roon was quite noisy because of the traffic outside and walls are thin, but I knew this from other reviews, so I used ear plugs during nights and got good night sleeps. I strongly recommend ear plugs. Also some weird quite loud hum/whirr/buzz sound during my last night, perhaps something to do with the heating because it was colder than other days. A luggage rack and extra pillow would have been nice.

They were so helpful and quick to answer all our questions. We had a special request and they did their best to solve our problem. Besides that, the location of the hotel is really good.It’s next to a nice and calm park where you can watch people playing tennis and enjoy some relaxing moments. It’s just a 10 minutes walk from Hammersmith underground station. Obviously the hotel is not a 5 star hotel. But you definitely get what you pay for. I don’t think there is a better option in London for that price.

There was nothing to complain about.

This place was an oasis in the desert. After a pear-shaped experience with a previous accommodation, I needed something cheap and convenient, with privacy. This place was located very close to Hammersmith Station and other public transport, offered easy check-in services, and secure rooms. Showers and toilette were pretty good, and the TV offered lots of channels to watch. Furthermore, rooms included free tea and coffee, as well as tonnes of restaurants nearby for bringing back takeaway. Slept well, had a great time, and would stay again.

Can't think of much other than the doors were a little thin. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs.

I arrived at the hotel Orlando after having spent time at charring cross hospital. On arrival I actually started to get sick again and Ahmed the incredible employee at the hotel called 999 for me and made sure I was safe until paramedics arrived. He gave me extra bedding when I was cold on my return from the hospital, and he even got me a new fridge for my room when mine wasn't working. The level of attention he paid to me made what would have been an agonising time a point of real humanity. Thank you Ahmed and thank you Orlando Hotel

If the windows were a bit more insulated it would have been easier to sleep at night but I was so exhausted from being ill it didn't bother me but would perhaps bother others in future
