We were a small group of 4 friends/family who stayed at this hotel from 14-22 May, in rooms 425 and 427. As expected, it is a no-frills, functional hotel, located in a diverse neighbourhood, practically 5 minutes walk to the Shepherds Bush Underground Station on the Central Line, and the large and modern Westfields Shopping Centre. Adequately priced for London and for what it is. The rooms and the bathrooms are, naturally, small but the space has been well planned. The bathroom fixtures were all in perfect working order. So were the 2 lifts. Breakfast was adequate. It starts at 6.30 am, but if you need to leave earlier they provide a take-away one. But what really makes this hotel exceptional is the Staff. Friendly, pleasant, helpful, efficient. With a special mention and a special "thank you" for Jose, Natalie, Maiuri and Alvaro, the ones we were mostly in contact with. Lucy

We had already been there in May 2024 and went back for our December visit. It is a no-frills hotel but it meets our expectations. The staff are very nice, courteous and helpful (a special mention for Josè!). The rooms are small, as expected, but clean and functional. The bathroom was in perfect working order with a good shower, larger than in other hotels of the same category. The 2 lifts are prompt, with hardly any waiting time. Breakfast is adequate, both Continental and English style. They provide free drinking water with which you can replenish your bottle. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the Tube Station (Shepherds Bush on the Central Line), Bus 94 to Oxford Street and the Westfields Shopping Mall. If we are ever back in London, we will go back to this hotel. We find is good value for money, in a city like London.

Liked the location, near to Central line, less than 5mins walk. The Hammersmith & Circle line was slightly further, 8mins. A lot of eateries nearby. Sainsbury local was just 1-2 mins walk, connected behind. The hotel got lift and that helps a lot because we got large luggages. The breakfast was good, reasonable for the price. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom door was a bit noisy, not sure if it was built like that. Perhaps some minor repairs would help.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Hammersmith station so it is so convenient to get around and close enough to come back from the city and shower before going out again in the evening. Breakfast is generous and amazing. Staff were very friendly.

The price is just quite high, it is not central London nor super fancy (although really lovely and perfect for travel). I was disappointed that I booked ahead for 4 nights and then the same day booking rate was considerably lower than my booking price.

The location was perfect, we stayed for a gig at O2 Shepherds Bush and it was a 5 min walk, so nice being able to just walk back afterwards. Also close to the tube (2 min walk) Lots of places for food, cafes and shops on the street too. Room was basic but clean and had everything we needed - massive thanks for the extra touch of Prosecco and chocolates as we were travelling for our anniversary

Very noisy in the morning although expected in a busy area, walls are very thin too so could hear everything in the corridor. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but we slept ok so not a major deal. No bin bag in the bin was a bit odd, and there was a coffee stain on the bed when we arrived - only small things which didn’t ruin our stay!

Comfortable room and lovely helpful friendly staff. The location was good for our travel into Wimbledon to see the championships. It was very quiet at night, much better than I expected being so close to the road.

Menu options for the restaurant weren’t very good so we had to go out for our evening meal. The shower head in the room wouldn’t stay in place, probably just needed tightening up.

Very good location. A lot of shops and restaurants are around the hotel. I am interested in the neighbouring community people's business and lives. Underground station and bus stops are very close to the hotel. Room is relatively spacious in London (I have visited London more than twenty times). Breakfast includes variety of items and very nice.

I stayed the hotel for four weeks. Basically perfect. Bath towels and toilet rolls were sometimes (three days) not provided by linen staff, but receptionists responded promptly to supply them according to my report.

Good location for the O2 where we were going to a gig and Westfield shopping centre is nearby. Fairly close to tube stations. Room was comfortable and clean. Self-service hot and cold breakfast was excellent. Later check out was great for a weekend too.

Fan did not work in the bathroom so it became very steamed up when we showered.

The location is perfect. The room is fine. Breakfast has seen a lot of improvement. I would appreciate a greater variety of fruits available during breakfast. There seems to be an abundance of muffins and pastries, but not enough fruit. For instance, having bananas available every day would be ideal. I noticed that on the first morning, there was a banana, but the following morning, there was none. It would be great if they could replenish the fruit options as diligently as they do with pastries. Additionally, having more grapes, melons, and kiwi would contribute to a healthier breakfast selection in the morning. Regarding towels, I recall that we used to have both a large towel and a hand towel, but now we are provided with only one towel, without a hand towel. I would like to have a hand towel for hand washing. Last Friday, we were given extra towels, but the next day, the cleaner took them away. It would be appreciated if we could consistently have a hand towel for our use.

I enjoy relaxing by watching TV while having a drink, but I noticed there are no comfortable chairs near the TV area, only high chairs. Additionally, the pub area feels empty and unwelcoming, giving the impression that it might be closed, even though it's always open. The comfortable chairs are near the reception, but there's no TV there. Furthermore, the dining tables are too close to each other, making it difficult to move between them. Regarding the cost: I've consistently enjoyed my stays at IBIS Style, even though the prices are relatively high for a hotel with basic amenities compared to other options.

I like that there are extra pillows. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect for our trip.

On our last night, coffee and tea were not replenished. Breakfast was good - but on the day of our check-out (we were in the lobby a 6am), we asked the staff if we can already eat (because of our early flight). The staff did not allow us (but said we could get coffee). We were expecting that we could at least get a take-away croissant or muffin since the buffet table was already set (food was already available).
