The hotel was quite basic, but the location was incredible. Perfect location to visit Sidney from. Right next to Chinatown, with so many options for eating.

The room was a bit small. We had a baby cod and 2 large suit cases, which took up almost all the floor space in the room.

The location was great, only a 2 minute walk from the Museum station. The bus stops are dotted around very close to the hotel also. If you needed any tourism advice, the staff were able to help and provide transport help also. It is a great location as it is within walking distance of the Australia Museum, the Domain, the Cathedral, the Sydney eye tower/ Westfield, many convenience stores located close by. I had a really great time, my needs were tended to by room service and in-house keeping. My room felt very homely and I was very comfortable in it. I've included some pictures of the hotel room and some food from room service/ the hotel restaurant.

I think there should be sanitary waste packaging provided in the bathrooms. The wi-fi wasn't the best at times.

Within working distance to Central - 8 minutes and very close to an array of dining experiences and across the road from the convenience store. Bed was comfortable and power point in between the twin beds was handy. Big fluffy towels and ample pump toilertries in the bathroom.

Twin beds and the one in the centre of the room kept moving as it wouldn't lock into place. I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the room next door; down to turning power points on and off and entire conversations. And no, it wasn't a party. The shower was a challenge with guess work on which was hot and then only having a barely warm shower both in the morning and at night; does being on the 14th floor make a difference? My friends on the 4th floor said they were fine.... So much for being close when I booked the 2 rooms. Was a slight hassle at check in because I couldn't check in both rooms; long story, short, got it sorted but it took time...

Location was amazing! So central. Staff, especially Rebecca and Kevin were excellent. Other staff very welcoming and helpful at breakfast.

Our first room smelt of drainage and there was a very smelly cupboard. Room was changed to a small room sandwiched between a lift and the plant room. We were reassured the lift would not be noisy but it was. The air con did not work and no microwave or mugs. It was half the size of our first room and we could not open our suitcases. Kevin sorted this out immediately and we were given complimentary breakfasts. We were given an amazing room with balcony. This member of staff was excellent and we were grateful for his understanding. 3 nights and 3 rooms was a shame but hotel sorted out the problem.

The location was good and central to where we wanted to go. The room was comfortable and how all we required. The staff were very helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble including when the computers went down and we couldn't pay straight away and had to come back. Thank you for the opportunity for letting us stay.

When we came back in to the Motel one of the lifts had a sign wet floor and when we pushed the button to go up, this lift door kept opening and someone had either been sick or split something and the other 2 doors stayed closed. We spoke to the attendant who stopped the lift and then we got on to one of the other lifts to go up.

The room is spacious, clean, the equipment in the room is new, the room is cleaned daily, there is a hair dryer, iron, convenient self-service laundry and clothes drying (located on the 8th and 11th floors). The hotel is near Museum station and convenient from this train station to the airport, near bus stations, chinatown and townhall. The room has a microwave and convenient plates, cuúp, spoons Friendly receptionist, quick check in and check out.

The hotel does not have slippers, toothbrushes and other toiletries. The shower is fixed so it is difficult to use.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating with good customer service skills; asking for extra toilet rolls or English breakfast tea was no issue for them. The aircon was busted in my original room so they moved me without a fuss. The room is not that large but very well featured with a small bar fridge, good coffee and tea making facilities (large coffee mugs - yes!) and small pods of milk. The TV was a decent-sized Samsung smart model and the beds were okay with reasonable support. Breakfast was included in my rate and very good too, with a pleasing variety of food that was frequently replenished, unlike at some better-known 5 star hotels I could name and shame! What a great stay in Sydney!

This hotel used to be a Travelodge and the lifts are old and terrible. I got stuck in one of the lifts for ten minutes where the buttons would not react. It was unnerving when I was at my floor and the lift doors would not open. Pressing the emergency intercom button did nothing except make a noise but thankfully after a while I pressed Ground floor and it sprang into action. The staff said they would look into it. There was also a messy and inconvenient evacuation at 12am when the fire alarm went off. It was chaos. There was no announcement from management, just one poor male staff member on the desk who said it was an error (my guess is that someone was smoking or vaping in one of the rooms). Safety procedures need to be reviewed, in my opinion.

Awesome location - walked most places and if I couldn't then public transport was very accessible. Only a 5-10 min walk from Museum Station if you're catching the train to/from the airport! Room was great - very spacious and comfortable. I was there by myself but even if I was travelling with my partner, we would've been comfortable

The only downside was the poor quality of the internet - it was so variable from hour to hour and sometimes I struggled to have any kind of connection. This was a huge issue for me as I required good internet access as I was in Sydney for business/study. It also meant that I couldn't get the Chromecast to link properly because the internet was so poor.
