We had a one bedroom apartment with a sea view and balconies on the 3rd floor. Amazing sea view and sunsets, spacious and well laid out apartment. Hummingbirds in the garden. Great pool and sun lounger area and steps straight down into the sea for snorkelling. We love snorkelling and went for that - the coral was not as extensive as I hoped and there was a sea grass sandy bottom, however actually the snorkelling was still great, there were a lot of colourful fish, rays, eels and we even saw a turtle - it was really lovely. The apartment was about a 15 minute walk along a wide pavement past a few bars/ sea views to get to the nearest shop, and a relatively cheap 100 peso taxi ride if you prefer that.

WE loved it! The only advice i would give others is do not touch/ hang off the ropes and buoys around the snorkelling area, I got a really nasty sting which took a few days to recover from - apparently hydroids live on the ropes and they sting if you touch them. Take hydrocortizone cream in your first aid kit :)

I loved it here. Beautiful views. Quiet and tranquil. Close to restaurants. Liked having a kitchen available. The snorkeling....OMG! It is amazing right from in front of the hotel. Won't be sorry!

Please get softer beds and be aware that there is no elevator so if stairs are a problem for you this is not your spot.

We loved the location, just away from the busy tourist strip but close enough to walk. it’s literally right in the water with beautiful snorkeling right along the shore. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette with standard size fridge and hot plate.

The only thing we wished was different was that we had reserved a room with a full ocean view. our room had very small balconies and didn’t get any sun.

The position of this hotel for views, peace and quiet and snorkelling was unbeatable. Although not really within walking distance from the ultramar ferry (with luggage) it is a quick an easy ride by taxi. The staff were really friendly and kindly allowed us early check in and late departure. There is free parking outside if you have a hire car, and the pool and easy access to brilliant snorkelling made our stay here even more special. A large water container full of drinking water was provided for our stay.

A kettle would have been nice for boiling water in, but otherwise cant fault this hotel.

First of all, the staff of 3 was amazing. They took care anything we needed. 5 ⭐. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Very simple and minimally decorated. The front of the building is unassuming, but once you get in it's lovely. It's very secure. You will get keys to the front door for after hours. The balcony overlooked the turquoise waters. You could set out there and watch the cruise ships come and go. There is no "beach" as Cozumel is built on a reef but there is a ladder giving you access to the water for swimming. We rented a car while on the island and we had no problem parking just steps away from the front door. These units are not handicap friendly that I could see. All units require stairwells or steps. The ferry dock is about a 20 minute walk. Very doable if you didn't want to rent a car.

This is probably normal for the country but don't expect hot showers. I believe the water is heated by the sun in tanks on the roof. The water was hot for about 45 seconds then it became tepid. Not s deal breaker but I'm a girl that loves her hot showers.

Beautiful ocean views, very clean room and direct access to the ocean from the hotel. The hotel is older so shows signs of its age but it's well maintained by the team who run the hotel and they obviously care for it, with regular cleaning, repainting of rooms and fumigating to prevent bugs. There were good amenities in the apartment with a coffee machine. Also a hot shower with good water pressure and comfy bed!

As it's an older hotel it shows some signs of age, and you can hear neighbours, however the cleanliness and comfort of the room far outweighs and sounds from neighbours. The location is a little far from town but it's a lovely ocean front hotel and you're away from the touristy hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our stay.

manager not very friendly, brusque also VERY slow with calculations etc that could have been done prior to arrival… more into her rules than welcoming!

Well, what we really paid was the access to the ocean really, I knew about the poor amenities of the property so I assumed risk, definitely, rooms need some improvement, also the internet should be better on these days difference between medium and high speeds is nothing why not go up the fastest !!! some people we use these stays for work as well !!

Well, the Room is a little bit old AC is really noisy... but again it is well known that we paid was access to the ocean, I mean the price does not match with the room unfortunately

I stayed in Suites Turquesa on August 6, 2023 for three nights. I really loved my stay. I enjoy being a short scooter ride away from San Miguel away from crowds. The best part of the stay is the outdoors. It is absolutely stunning, the water is beautiful azul blue and clean. I had the best time swimming around the wall and seeing bountiful marine life and some corals. There is not beach but there is nice resting area with sand and beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was clean and nice addition as well.

I believe I stayed in room 213 and unfortunately there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the whole room had an odd smell. I had a headache staying in my room the first day till I figured out whenever I keep my door open it is all good. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the AC in that case. When I asked to change the room I was told all the rooms are the same. Also this room is on the first floor and doesn't have a functional curtain. It doesn't close all the way down and it is reversed so at night people by the pool could easily see inside and I wouldn't be able to see outside. This does feel quite uncomfortable and I hope it will get fixed. Other rooms seemed to fine in this instance.

Great room. Penthouse suite. Basically a 1 Bedroom apartment with sufficient kitchen utensils. Gigantic balcony. Very nice swimming pool and sandy makeshift beach area with steps to the ocean. Good snorkeling. Grill and common area available. Any maintenance issues were taken care of without difficulty. 15-20 min walk to the edge of town. Easy taxi access at building. $5. Or 70-100 pesos each way but we walked often. Always ask cab driver price first. Staff kind & courageous. Quite. Met a lot of nice guests from all over the world. Airconditioning worked good. Free wifi that worked fine. Felt safe to walk at night but we weren't out past 11pm. 24 hour night watchman with key entry into building. We definitely got our steps in on this vacation which was a plus as we try to stay physically active.

Lots of steps to your room. 38 steps to the PH suite which really wasn't that bad. Our kids had room 232 and only had 1 set of steps. Wished the room tile floors were scrubbed better or more often. I'm sure they would have addressed it if we mentioned. Bed was sufficient.
