The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, and staff was very accommodating as the first room we received the heat was not working properly and we called and they moved us into a different room in which the heat worked.

Due to a broken ankle and being in a cast, we booked a handicap accessible room. We saw in the photos that the shower had a shower seat which proved to be very convenient; however, it only had a shower head. A handheld shower would definitely be a great addition to the handicap rooms.

The hot breakfast was cold. There was western omelettes for the egg selection and it would have been better to have regular scrambled eggs as a second choice. It was very busy and there was only one guy working the breakfast area and you could tell he was overwhelmed by his actions. Guests returning to their rooms at midnight were very loud talking in the hallway before they went into their rooms.

Location was nice- it was within walking distance to the civic center for our ballgames!

Price!, very expensive. Ice machine could give out better ice than it being shaved ice- melts way too fast. And a mini freezer in refrigerators other than it was a very nice stay, it was clean, everyone was very nice.

It had new carpet and the hallways were fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, nice furnishings throughout the common areas.

The bathroom floor and tub/shower tile was in need of repair - mildew/mold along some of the grout. The hot tub or spa tiles were very dirty along the water line.

Breakfast was decent. The selection was varied and they had enough hours to get everyone through. My kids really enjoyed the pool and I loved that we could enjoy dinner on the patio when we stayed at the hotel. It's close to pretty much everything. Safe and Family Friendly!!

Did not eat breakfast

We have stayed at comfort inn & suites many times and one reason was the very soft bed but this time, the bed was uncomfortably hard. I think you changed mattresses a couple yrs ago. Also there was soil under the toilet seat. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Value...while I recognize my stay was in prime time for the area, the cost for 2-nights stay in a nice but far from high end hotel was a bitter pill.

The bed was not comfortable. Very hard. Need a mirror outside bathroom with a good light. That way someone can finish getting ready while someone else is in shower.

Room was very good, cleanliness, too. Breakfast was typical of Country Inns. Plenty of room for breakfast with two inside dining areas plus patio tables outside.

Layout was confusing at first. Rooms are on perimeter around center outdoor patio area; so depending on room location, it can be a bit of a walk to get to breakfast area next to reception.

Clean, nice hotel. Staff very friendly.

We have stayed here 3-4 times and the price has gone way too high. There was a $400 increase over last July. We like the hotel, but won’t pay this price again.
