We stayed in a two-bedroom chalet with a stunning view of the ocean. Despite the chilly weather, the house was warm and cozy, with additional heating lamps in the bathroom for extra comfort. The kitchen was very well-equipped, even including a dishwasher, which was a great convenience. The chalet is perfectly located, with shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to all the local attractions. A special mention to the very hospitable host, who provided a map and explained all the beautiful places to visit in the area.

The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi. The connection was unstable, which caused some inconvenience.

We recently stayed at Swansea Beach Chalets with our 2-year-old daughter, and it couldn’t have been better! Our beachfront chalet was a dream – waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach right at our doorstep was perfect. The chalet was cozy, comfortable, and a great base for exploring. We loved taking our daughter to the nearby Natureworld Wildlife Park and found everything in Swansea within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to give us the best recommendations for dining and local activities. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back!

We were greeted by a very friendly Rachel upon checking in for our stay who surprised us with a free upgrade to waterfront chalet with beach views! My family and I happy danced when we opened the door to our chalet. Absolutely beautiful chalet, very clean, crisp, modern and just what you need for a short stay. The staff were so friendly to our daughter and we felt very relaxed, safe and happy during our stay. I would love to book for our family in the near future. Gorgeous location and we enjoyed the deck and watched dolphins pass by and a breathtaking sunrise! Thank you Swansea Beach Chalets! You were our favourite place to stay on our East Coast adventure.

Very modern, amazing location, very well equipped kitchenette! Good sized pots and pans for a family. Very quiet location! Away from the highway, beautiful views and you can hear the waves. Beds were really comfortable, good pillows and very clean.

The only heater was in the lounge (2 bedroom unit). However you can leave the lounge heater on - with the bedroom doors open it will easily heat the whole unit. Not a lot of clothing storage if you were staying more than 3 days. We would stay there again, very comfortable.

Clean, cosy chalet close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Heating & extra blankets available for when it was cooler. The chalet had everything we needed. Parking space per chalet. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, gave lots of advice on places to visit.

Nothing wrong with property. Only issue we had was there’s not much in Swansea, so don’t plan to eat out much. There are very few restaurants close by but if you are happy to make meals in the chalet the facilities are there. We were just using this as a base between the places we wanted to visit and as it was only a short trip we hadn’t planned to be cooking after our days out.

I had a wonderful time at this house, and it was the experience I had always dreamt of. This house is not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated. Every detail exudes warmth and care, making me feel incredibly fortunate to have spent this precious time here. The morning sunlight streaming through the windows brought endless tranquility. This stay has given me a whole new appreciation, and it has made me more eager to share these beautiful memories with others. Once again, thanks for providing me with such a marvelous accommodation experience. I look forward to visiting again in the future, hoping to stay once more.

We stayed in a beautiful new chalet with a sea view (facing Freycinet National Park - though for those that need darkness when sleeping note that all windows had sufficient blinds to block out light) and was well worth the extra money as you could see the view from the bathroom, bedroom, living space and of course the balcony. The chalet itself had a kitchen equipped with the necessities and the location was very close to town, you could easily walk if need be. Just note the set checkin/checkout times so you don’t get caught out when planning your days.

Reception & Internet weren’t great in the area, which meant the WiFi wasn’t always strong enough to play things like Netflix. This isn’t uncommon in the area and we would just recommend you pre-download shows if you want to watch them.

On arrival, the friendly host was very informative of local sites, secrets, and places to eat. The Chalet we had was excellent and private with a great view and easy access to the safe swimming beach. The Chalet was modern with double glazing, so warm and quiet, and the car park was right next to it. We even got to see a pod of dolphins rounding up a school of fish from the front deck.

Best view ever and lovely new studio with view of sea from bed and well equipped kitchen. Can sleep with the breeze and waves blowing through. 1 min walk to empty clean beach, go down before dawn.

Booked the luxury chalet on booking.com but went through as basic chalet which we were allocated, older and away from the beach. Fortunately, Lydia offered us a spare luxury one which was fantastic! Incredible view, modern and clean. Make sure you book the luxury chalet and ensure it is booked to get the good ones!

Everything.. location is perfect. I had originally booked a different chalet but the staff were so lovely and managed to move us to one overlooking the ocean. They were so helpful. The chalets are clean and comfortable. They have everything you need and being able to go to sleep listening to the ocean is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
