The rooms were exceptionally clean. All the teams were helpful, kind and professional but friendly. The animation team Mouss, Yoyo, Katy, Siham and two more were brilliant, funny, energetic, encouraging and respectful. The food is as expected in an AI hotel with a wide variety available however a little repetitive. The pool team and gardeners keep the grounds and pool spotless, the bar team are friendly and attentive and the reception team are helpful and approachable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the much improved Kenzi.

Having the entertainment area moved to be separate from the bar. The room feels cramped, loud and not suitable for some of the activities. The team managed the space well and set up the room differently for each nights entertainment and made the best of the space allocated to them. Personally I preferred the entertainment in the stage/reception area.

Fantastic hotel with incredible facilities and central location. The fantastic pools and slide were enjoyable for both the adults and kids. You can go down the slides in a floaty/ring boy incase anyone in your group can’t swim. The free buffet breakfast included was amazing; fresh omelettes, pancakes, fruit, breads, meat, cheese, cereals and desserts. There’s an option to avail of all inclusive including drinks which is good if you don’t plan on leaving the complex much. The beach and strip of restaurants are a two minute walk way. Lots of great tourist shops and chain restaurants such as Pizza Hut, Mc Donald’s and KFC on the strip but the local restaurants are the best and excellent value. You can book excursions with the hotel. We booked a full day private trip to Paradise Valley which only cost 200 dirham/€20 per person. Our fantastic guide Idreiss brought us to many local towns and locations along the way and even bough us fresh bananas and cooked us fish! We did a Camal ride the next day which was also €20 per person. The guide will bring you to and from the hotel. Idreiss heard it was my birthday the day before and bought me a cake from the bakery with my name on it, such a kind man. I’d definitely recommend you to book your excursions via the hotel as it’s better value and ask for Idreiss! The staff in the hotel were so kind, energetic, polite and helpful. They provided a range of activities during the day and night time entertainment such as karaoke, dancing and family quiz night! The staff sang me happy birthday on my birthday and brought out a cake. Such lovely people! Kenzi Europa is a fantastic hotel and we had a great experience, I stayed with my family (child too) and friends and the hotel caters for everyone. A central location, spotless hotel with incredible facilities and staff. Spacious clean bedrooms with air conditioning and a fridge and TV with English channels. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone!

I like everything - don’t have one bad thing to say about the place, absolutely amazing. The wifi dropped at times but other than that loved everything about it.

Excellent location, across the road to the beach, across the road to mcdonalds, KFC and pizza hut.. bonus when you have kids with you. Alot of roadworks being done all around Agadir. Will look good once complete. Staff at the hotel were excellent especially the reception staff. Always there to help you when needed. Animation staff always had entertainment for the kids in the evening, they all engaged with the kids and made them comfortable. Will most likely stay here again if we visit as a family.

Breakfast was good but the exact same everyday. Also did not like the fact you have to pay to use the safe in the room.

Evening entertainment everyday. The tanoura dancer was amazing! The staff were friendly, especially the entertainment team, who worked tirelessly all day and evening entertaining us, with a big smile on their faces. Don't know where they got the energy, but my hats off to you guys, especially Mounir and Imane! Food was fresh and they gave me a complimentary bottle of water and fruit in my room, even though I was only half-board, thank you!

This is only a very minor point, but the main pool could have been heated a little bit more, especially in the mornings when the weather was quite chilly.

This is our 5th stay in the last 4 years. It suits us perfectly, the kids enjoy the stay here to their heart's content. Good vibes all day long! If you're open to new opportunities looking for a wonderful stay with great value, activities for kids and also couples this is the place for you. The food is tasty with so many options for everyone's liking. Fresh Salads and always new Meat options.The staff is friendly, helpful and always engaging. Thanks to Mouss, SlyMan, Fayza, YoYo and the rest of the entertainment Team for the amazing night shows. The waiters are polite and helpful (Thanks Marouane & Abdellah). For sure there are some shortcomings and equipment improvements to be addressed but the effort done by the whole staff makes everything less important.

Kenzi Europa Hotel made the Season enjoyable and we loved everything except a minor issue. Hotel as pictured and alot of activities and the kids were not left out. Close to the beach with hotel's private access. Check in and check out was fast, they assisted with the airport's transfer.

A minor issue....The room keepers should respect the "DO NOT DISTURB" over the doors and be sure to get a response before opening the room door.

It was a peaceful, clean stay.

Travelled alone due to work, booked a different hotel but after night 1 I needed to move. I approached kenzi reception however I felt the price on site was quite extortionate for a hotel in mid renovation. My wife back in the UK booked the hotel online for half the price, most of the hotel facilities were off due to the renovation however my stay was pleasant, calming and clean.

I was absolutely amazed by staff in this hotel. For sure all amenities and food super nice. The location is so good. 5 min to the beach. But the way how their staff were taking care of me was my number 1 for discussion. Always kind, respectful, smiling and going an extra mile to make happy every person. All of them extremely polite,but I would like to say massive thanks to the Rachid in the restaurant and Jamal in the bar. They made my stay in the hotel special. They were so nice and caring. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are super clean and spacious, good celebrations of food and great location.

Clean and neat rooms. Recommended for family vacation. Good entertainment program music disco for kids dance games in the lobby at night! The animators were amazing. The cleaning lady Latifa was so nice and caring as well. the receptionist Fatima Ezzahra was nice and took care of all our requests with a big smile ! Zineb also for her welcoming spirit and all the guys at the front desk! Great experience, my family and I didn’t leave the hotel during the day because the atmosphere was excellent

The food ! They have to work on their menu and the food they have in the buffet, the service was good but the food was not.

The position is very good we had room with sea and mountain views it was very nice the food was very good brackfast and and dinner

The bath in the bath room is very unsafe trying to get in and out of the bath tub after having shower is very dodgy specially if you have bad knees there's nothing to hold to when you trying to get in and out of the bath. They should take the bath tub out and replace it with shower tray it's much better and safer and cheaper to run .but we enjoyed or stay very much and we will be back again
