The staff was very nice. On our last night we got in late and the TV wasn't working. No one would answer the repair number the front desk provided, so they moved us to a new room. We also like that complimentary bottle water was provided all day.

We couldn't get the air to work exactly right. We then realized it may have been an issue with the unit itself after moving to the new room.

Property was well maintained. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was great and breakfast area was maintained well by staff. Rooms were very clean with plenty of towels provided. Liked the parking garage and the location was very nice.

Bathroom was a little small in our room and we would have recycled our towels but not enough towel racks. Breakfast hours could have been a little later.

Breakfast was good, they only bring the waffle maker out on weekends . But they had a good variety of things to eat. Checking in was Great.

I didn't like that I put in for a suit on the first floor and was not accommodated for it specially that I put in a month early. Nor was I called about it. Trying to talk to house cleaning people is just crazy, are room needed extra towels being there where 5 people staying in one suit only gave us 3. I asked to make sure this happened before we a arrived not didn't happen. Try to talk to house keepers to get them to understand what you need is not going to happen. Finally was able to get in touch with one that knew English and got are room cleaned and what we needed. Need to make sure there house keepers can speak Both and understand.far as the stay it was great staff was kind and nice.

I always like the space in Springhill suites rooms. this particular hotel had nice decor in the common areas and a bar as well.

I don’t like the glass panel door on the bathroom. if you use the light at night to go to the bathroom it lights up the entire room. There was definitely some wear and tear showing at this hotel. the shower didn’t work properly and the tub didn’t drain well. The elevated rate for 2 of the days of my stay made this a poor value.

The property was very clean and well maintained. We checked in for our honeymoon and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine.

The pool was very, very cold and it was impossible to stay in it.

Central location, easy parking

We had a room with a kind and a trundle, when we requested bedding they only provided two sheets. When I inquired about additional bedding they stated they had none, and they weren’t sure where they went.

Upon check in we couldn’t get a valid key for the room. After having one programmed to the room it only worked initially during the stay. I had to request a key on day 2. Day one the key did not work to enter the fitness center which was a primary consideration for staying at this location.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in! Beds are comfy and rooms are clean and unique. Loved that you could move the TV to watch from the bed or the couch! Also had an awesome breakfast. We will be back!

The room was beautifully appointed and well maintained. Also, the bathroom was well designed for my partially handicapped husband. The breakfast was very well thought out and kept immaculate by the staff.

Wish our trip could have been longer.

I like the clean and safe environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The late check in times. You can't check in until after 4 and have to be checked out by 11. But that's with most hotels now. I need my extra time back lol. Overall I can't complain. We enjoyed this place.
