We were very impressed with the size of our room (we got a 2 bedroom), especially for the cost. The girl at the front desk was very sweet. Breakfast was always good. The grounds were clean and felt safe even at night. Very close to target and Publix. We would definitely stay again if we were ever to go back to nashville.

The rooms were clean, but I wouldn't say immaculate. But still cleaner than most hotels we've stayed at. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great in the main bathroom (but the second bathroom was fine)

Good area. A spacious room for a family of 4.

First day having breakfast, the lady who works there was trying to take out one of my kids from the stroller to put in the high chair, ma’am!! You don’t do that with somebody else child, ask first!! My child doesn’t know you!. Rooms need some maintenance, smelly carpet, a lot of hair behind bathroom door. For the price should be more clean. At check out I was asking for a receipt, lady said was not allowed give it, wherever was too early to have an argument with her. They have obligation by law give you a receipt, wherever you booked 3rd part or not.

The check in process was amazing, everyone was so kind, VERY helpful. Property was great, it felt so safe. I wish we would have been in town longer to enjoy more. Being able to check-in early was really nice. The bed was so comfortable.

The room unfortunately smelled very strongly of cat urine in the corner. Thankfully it was contained to the corner and we were able to move a table over the bulk of it to keep the smell down and it worked just fine for the night. We also needed to keep our dog from using the bathroom on it herself. It was not a big deal, we told staff at check in and did not request another room.

It is pet friendly with separate entrances for each apartment and they have a 24/7 reception area with free breakfast. The location feels safe and worked out great for us. The price is very reasonable. Lots of parking.

It could use a little more cleaning/updating but matches up to the price paid.

The reception was friendly and professional. When I noticed that I left my belonging in the room after checkout, they kindly searched on behalf of me, found and kept it. Breakfast was good.

It was quiet, very convenient and just really nice

there were dirty curtains in my room hanging and you could see where someone splattered something on the wall next to it, but it was never cleaned up

Overall, the facility was great. They were very pet friendly, and Jason was so helpful upon check-in with the doggie gifts. The beds were ok. The pool area was nice, and the water was warm. Plenty of doggie poop bags available in the back lot for puppy. Walkable to many restaurants and the food shopping all under a mile walk.

The neighbors were not considerate of others in the building and let the doors close hard after 10pm and in the morning. Our little dog didn't like the loud door slamming. There were several spots on the other side of the top sheets. The bag in the closet with the extra pillows and sheets for the pull-out bed was missing the pillows and blankets. We had advised the front desk, but all the housekeeping staff was gone for the night.

Thank you for trusting us with your dishes and cutlery. (In contrast, a competitor of yours keeps such kitchen items at their front desk until the first asks for them). Thank you, too, for the very full and delicious breakfast.

Slightly higher than my price point.

The room was clean. Even though I always go in and clean everything again my self. It is in a great spot. If you stay take the less than 10 minute walk to Old School Pizza, it's delicious. The staff was friendly. I would stay again.

The door to our bathroom would not latch. They did not come to empty trash nor bring fresh towels. The sofa bed mattress is disgusting and needs to be changed. They charged me twice but a few hours later it was resolved. I had to go to get new towels and they made me walk in the heat with the attendant to get them. Next time I will bring towels from home. The breakfast was not what I expected. Just muffins, cereal, Danish, coffee and juice. There's a kitchen so just shop and cook.

Breakfast was great, enjoyed the area and the convenience.

I didn't like being on the second floor. I didn't like paying extra for my pet, even though its a pet-friendly facility.
