The room was clean and cosy. The guesthouse is located 10 mins walk from the underground stn and half an hour walk from Brixton where I needed to go. Staff was very friendly.

To have a hot shower you need to do it when the kther guests are sleeping or away.

The location was great, with direct bus lines to Westminster and other hotspots in front of the door. Check in and check out were uncomplicated with great and helpful staff, which also organised for a second blanket upon request. Great shower gel.

The bed was very narrow and too soft. More spots for hanging the towels to dry would be nice. Our room was facing the (very busy) street, so it was quite loud, and letting air in during the night was not an option, because it was also on the ground floor.

From start to finish the experience of being at the Chelsea guest house was very lovely. The room and the building were very clean and smelled very fresh. The room we had, had a renovated bathroom which made the feeling of comfort higher. The staff was also very helpful when we had questions and always served us with a sunny attitude. It was also very nice to see tea and some cookies in the room.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located on a noisy street so the window design could have been better to reduce the noise level but if you have some noise cancelling headphones there isn't a problem. Another point would be that it would be nice to have a small towel rack to place hand towels next to the sink, to avoid needing to place the towels on the sink or on the floor.

The cleanliness and lovely staff - very clean rooms and general areas well maintained . I’m sorry didn’t get names of staff as there was a very helpful lady on our arrival we had a worry about our room initially but the lady on reception did everything she could to rectify our concerns above and beyond what could be expected. We had our car in the gated area and although we had to retrieve and return it a lot the friendly male receptionist was very happy to assist and greeted us with a smile each time. Made our stay very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and we had ample of everything needed in our room.

The only common would be that it would be helpful to have some more shelves or storage in the bathroom for our washbags etc.

Really clean room and it was nice to walk in and smell clean bed sheets, could tell they had just been washed. Bathroom was pristine.

I don't remember it saying on the booking that my room had a shared toilet. Wasn't too worried as the one down the corridor was lovely and clean and I did have my own shower but I was a little surprised as I don't recall it being mentioned. I've stayed here 4 times for a cycling event and the one thing letting it down is always the noise. Not a lot that can be done about that but it is a shame I never sleep very well here. Location is perfect though, and I continue to come back as it's nice to be allowed my bike in my room.

The room was a good size although a little smaller than expected. The view left little to the imagination but it really didn't bother me at all as the room was tucked away and was quiet. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I have already booked to go again next year for the same event

The room was a little smaller than expected. Also there were some issues with fixtures and fittings. Toilet seat was loose and there was a missing hanger. I told staff as i didn't want them to think that i had done it but i don't think it was replaced. Maybe they were going to do it after i left but didn't really affect the stay too much.

We really liked our accomodation. Great location, since we prefer to use buses and the bus stop was just couple steps away, it was a very easy connection to everywhere we needed to get to. Our room was spacious and updated, bed is very comfortable and staff is really nice.

We need more shelf and hangers in the bathroom (or any :D), it would make everything more comfortable. Also if you could put a break on the bed's wheels, so they don't roll around when we sit down. It was fun though. That's it, otherwise we really liked our stay!

Great location, near to bus stops that pretty much cover everywhere. Very close to 02 Academy Brixton, which is great as we were over for a gig. Room was comfortable and a nice si# for two people. Plugs beside the beds was a bonus, easy check in and keys can be left in a box on the door for quick check out.

Bit noisy from the street outside. Rooms/stairs can be a bit noisy. Shower was bit stiff but worked after us messing around with it for awhile. Would be great if there was black out curtains! But these are just personal preferences.

Check in was easy, staff were helpful & polite. Room was nice, cosy, decent for the price - especially in London. They allowed me to leave my bag while going to the embassy and nothing was afoot with it when I came back.

Not sure if I'm being paranoid, but I woke up and the bathroom door was open(it was a heavy sliding door). I didn't wake up and use the bathroom & the TV was off. I couldn't figure out how to turn it off, but did mute it. The cynical side of me thinks someone came in during the night, but can't be 100% sure. Bit odd.

The room was cleaned every single day to a high standard. It was a nice quiet hotel and the room size was adequate, the beds were comfortable also. The bathroom was modern. There were plenty of sockets on the walls and nice reading lights beside the beds.

There was no air conditioning in the room which made it very warm in the hot summer days that we stayed. We had to use our own fan to try and keep us cool at night. The tv was very high up which meant you had to lie flat on your back to watch it which took a bit of getting used to.
