Comfortable, pleasant surroundings, excellent customer service.

No washcloths, it’s a minor thing, but inconvenient; most people were not aware of the Belgrave Road or the hotel’s location. Every taxi driver took me to or arrived at a hostel with a similar name but with a different address number. Your website needs to be updated.

The hotel was very well located - in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and 2 underground train stations. The first thing we noticed on arrival at The Belgrave was the friendliness of the staff and both the hotel lobby and bar were beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was very clean with a lovely array of quality toiletries and we had a lovely Christmas tree on our balcony which made it feel very festive! The breakfast buffet was very good, had plenty of seating and was attended to by very friendly, efficient staff. The bar prices were very reasonable, especially for London, so we enjoyed nightcaps every evening. In conclusion we would definitely return to The Belgrave and have no trouble recommending this hotel to others.

The only fault we found was the bed - it was dipping on one side so my husband felt he was falling out!! Maybe a check on beds and mattresses would be a good idea for the management ongoing! Apart from that there was nothing to dislike.

Everything! We've travelled to London regularly and this was our first time staying at The Belgrave hotel. We couldn't fault a thing. The breakfast gave a good choice of food and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and tidy. The location was really good with public transport, shopping, and tourist spots close by, along with a massive choice of good restaurants within walking distance. We found the beds very comfortable and the chaise lounge in our room got a lot of use relaxing on return to the hotel. We will definitely be booking a room at your hotel on our next trip to the UK.

Honestly can't think of anything - maybe add a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival? It's such a gorgeous facility with great history, it seems like that would be appropriate!

Hotel location is in a rather quiet neighborhood. It is less than 10min walk to the nearest underground station (Pimlico), but don't walk all the way from victoria (A bit more than 15min). The staff was friendly, but not always very cheerful. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of ham, cheese and bread. No bacon and eggs in the continental, but was enough anyway. Be careful, after 10am on weekends the coffee machine stops automatically and you need to ask the staff for a coffee/tea. The hotel has a very nice look to it and though the room are rather small, they are confortable for 2 adults. Shower was nice and there is a tea kettle and a coffee machine. Bed was very confortable.

The check-in time is rather late though common nowadays. There are no shutters, and the curtain do not stop much of the day's light, so if you like dark room it is not the best. The hotel is not very well sound-proofed. We could hear the cars in the street, as well as the people upstairs showering. Fortunately it was not too early.

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance from Victoria station and a buss stop right in front of the hotel. It was easy to visit different parts of the city by using public transportation. Our room was cozy and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and we got to leave our luggage’s in reception before our room was ready.

Breakfast was very basic, we would have wished for more vegetables and fruits. Also if you want to have warm dishes like English breakfast you needed to pay extra for them. We had two rooms and the other one had leaking window in the bathroom which made the room chilly. Also you could hear voices from other rooms and traffic in your room.

Staff were excellent, got there before check in and was told our room was ready, room was spacious, comfy and clean and shower was fantastic [not always the case with hotels].Had a problem with the safe not working so spoke to the reception when on our way out for a walk and it was sorted when we got back, brilliant service. Breakfast was great lots of choice and the full english was superb and very filling. Location is perfect nice and quiet yet within walking distance of a lot of attractions and with Pimlico and Victoria station being a 5 and 10 minute walk travelling further afield is no problem. There is also the number 24 bus stop just a stones throw away which can get you to places like Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square.

Second time staying here. I had an amazing stay at The Belgrave Hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The room was spotless, and the hotel overall was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always happy to assist. The amenities were top-notch, and the comfort of the room was outstanding—great bedding and the perfect temperature throughout my stay. The view was lovely, and the shower pressure was excellent, making it a truly relaxing experience. I honestly couldn’t fault anything.

Not too comfy pillows, we used two each but not very comfy. Bagel at breakfast was quite dry as one day out of pack.

For the price, the location and amenities were excellent. The hotel is located on a clean street among repetitive but pleasing white row houses. The lobby was comfortable and spacious. The rooms are quiet and well organized. A bus stop nearby was easy to navigate. I am grateful to the staff because they were ever attentive to my spouse who has difficulty walking.

Like all London hotels, prices are high and rooms are small. Victoria Station, a half mile away, has seen better times.
