Aloha travel buddies! If you're looking for tranquility and something not cookie cutter, look no further! My partner and I annually travel to St. Petersburg to visit family over the holidays. It was our first stay at Prestige Collection, Hotel Boutique. Won't be our last. Wish I would've found this gem years ago. Truley an enjoyable stay. As an interior designer I so loved all the well-appointed features and its eclectic feel. Beds and linens first class. Lovely coffee tea bar with yummy snacks, juice etc. Location PERFECT, walkable to all the sights and hotspots. Jacuzzi and heated pool were a nice haven after hectic holiday travel. Also, an outdoor garden patio area with bistro tables to start your day with tea or coffee. Can't leave out the awesome workout room. There was also private off-street parking. We didn't have a vehicle but Ubers and walking very convenient! Best for last! SUPER PLUS, Maria! I'd like to thank Maria and her daughter for making every day feel so special. She was so attentive to us, all with a beautiful welcoming smile! I look forward to seeing her again. Her warm hospitality makes you feel like a best friend that you haven't seen in a while. I'd also like to thank the owners who've created such an oasis. Mahalo

I can't think of one complaint. Such a refreshing experience.

This really felt like a home away from home. The size of the property makes it really manageable and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. It's a two-block walk to everything (restaurants, waterfront), but is far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. The pool is great. The hot tub is great. The shower and bed were great. The grab-and-go breakfast items were great in a pinch. The key code entry was easy. I would happily return!!

There was an extra chair in the room (brown room) that was in the way sometimes.

It is a large residence remodeled into a boutique hotel.. If you are visiting St.Pete without a car, this is the best possible location for you. It is 3 blocks to the landmark Vinoy Hotel and it is on the 'Looper' shuttle bus (free) route that will get you to most desired attractions and restaurants on a 25 minute loop. Drivers very helpful.. Coffee shop one block away.. 2 blocks to the Palladium theater. Nice pool. We would definitely stay here again..

It has a large living room area that is not really set up for customer usage, so we were pretty much stuck in our room when not out sightseeing. Extra $15 to check in 2 hours early seemed pretty chintzy.

the hot water in the shower never got to a warm temperature let alone hot.

I liked the price - very reasonable. I liked the location - safe and walkable. I liked the decor - charming, unique and a little retro. There was a pool and a workout room that I did not use but looked nice. For what you spend, you get a lot more charm and amenities than the cheaper hotel chains.

The parking lot is tight, but there were only 2 cars there during my stay so it was no problem.

It is a charming, quaint building that underwent a highly creative transformation. The atmosphere is warm, happy, and friendly. This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed there, and will certainly do so again.

The rooms are a bit small in comparison to the typical hotel/motel room, but the lower price is likely a reflection of that. However, since we didn’t need to be in the room very much, the room size is irrelevant.

Super friendly staff, but was able to check in and out on my own. Didn’t have to deal with any front desk or anything. They were awesome and very accommodating.

I didn’t like the lack of creamer options for my coffee, but free coffee though and complementary breakfast that i didn’t know came with the room. Literally all I could find to say about what I didn’t like was the coffee creamer selection.

We really enjoyed the location and the vibe of the Prestige Collection. It felt like being welcomed into someone's home! The staff was super helpful and the owner was very informative, responsive, and available. The locking access was so simple to use - so nice to not have to carry a key! The guide of St. Petersburg is a great perk to try new places in town.

I knew it was a boutique hotel so these things were not unexpected and the price made it worth it - just some things to know: there are stairs to get to most of the rooms, the rooms are small, the air conditioning is a floor unit which can be a little loud but it the room temperature was perfect. The parking was not an option for us due to the size of the spaces, but street parking was always available close to the hotel.

it is such a cute property, the pool was nice and just the right size, bed was amazing, but best of all was the shower. We stayed in the blue suite and I am very pleased at the water pressure and layout of walk in shower.

The only thing I could say was parking in challenging if you have a truck or larger SUV but they do tell you they can’t accommodate trucks we did park on street since we arrived later at night but the next day we did fit in one of the straight spots so we didn’t have to keep moving the truck from one spot to another after two hours.

We stayed in the Purple Suite and the bed was absolutely amazing. The owners were fantastic and helpful. There are snacks and water in the lobby, which was very nice. Breakfast was served until 10am, but we didn't make it in time.

There are only 5 parking spots for 8 rooms, so there is a $10 fee if you get a spot. It was a very tight space to try to get in and out of as well. Really not a big deal overall, just mildly inconvenient. We could also hear every person walking by the room, perfectly. So, not much privacy if you plan to do anything other than sleep 😊
