This hotel has a great location to explore downtown. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are nice and big. Parking is very easy if you coming by car as its in the hotel building.

Swimming pool area was a bit dirty with Bird mess on on the chairs and table.

The top floor suite rooms are excellent and above the noise of the City below. The breakfast was varied and well staffed. (The breakfast staff was very sweet and kept the buffet and the tables very clean). The parking garage was excellent and well-designed. Very easy to get to your car and get back and forth. GIven that major hurricanes came through less than 90 days before our stay, the hotel was functioning well.

Mario the check in clerk was great on 12/20. His blonde female partner on 12/21 might have been the grumpiest and least competent hotel check in person I've even encountered. Hopefully just a bad night for her. Otherwise, she should not be customer facing. Also, the smell of weed wafting in the parking garage (there are a few smoking areas for folks) was off=-putting and very hood. Tell the staff to smoke at home, not at work.

Great location. Beautiful pool and hotel was very clean and nice. Lobby staff was nice and bartender at lobby bar was fun.

Not the hotels fault but a man approached us on the sidewalk outside the hotel (at night) and was trying to start trouble and pick a fight and get violent with us, we were literally walking along minding our own business. Not sure if he intended to rob us or if he was just mentally challenged or what but luckily we got into the lobby of hotel before anything bad actually happened. Left a very bad taste in our mouths. Again, Not the hotels fault though. But beware.

The location was great and close to a lot of restaurants. Walking distance to Tropicana Field, which was a must for our trip. The breakfast was good. The rooms are huge and great for families with multiple kids. However nightclubs across the street may deter some families- it didn’t bother us. We had plenty of space. Garage parking was a great thing because street parking is limited otherwise.

The coffee maker in the room was not the best. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee in the lobby either. Wish they had a keurig or something similar. Ended up going to Starbucks next door one morning for something stronger.

Front desk receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. All the staff was amazing. We were displaced with our house being flooded and chose to stay at the Hyatt with our Frenchie, and everyone made us feel right at home. It was the best night sleep I have had since hurricane. Super nice room with so much space. We had a great day walking around the market the next day and was the best break from renovating our house and forgetting all of it for a day. Breakfast was excellent!

We recently stayed one night at the hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The night was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful sleep without any disturbances. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Pete Pierce and Dali Museum. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The hotel location was great! Walking distance to restaurants, the pier and museums. The room was clean, a good breakfast and the bed was comfortable. The front desk personnel , manager and housekeeping managers were great they were very helpful with the issue we had.

The first day, at check in, there were problems with the AC, they couldn't give us the room with the 2 beds like we asked, so we were given the options to go to another hotel or sleep in the room with a fan in one bed and sofa bed, we were super tired from the trip so we decided to stay, not a good decision. The next day we were moved to another room, 2 beds, AC working and nice view. The bar is never open to order cocktails even when there's a cocktail menu.

Great location for walking around downtown St. Pete and to the Pier. Buffet breakfast was very good. Room was decent for the price, nice and clean with a generous bathroom. Nice outdoor pool with patio, although it was too chilly to actually use it during our January stay. On site parking was convenient.

Would be better if the buffet breakfast ended a bit later than 9:30 a.m. Would have liked actual drinking glasses in the room, as only paper coffee cups were provided.

Spacious and modern room. With sound proof windows and business/travelers oriented audience - you gain a peaceful and quiet stay. The location is great, close to everything, right at the downtown with plenty of restaurants and clubs nearby. It is about 2-3 min walk from the beach strip with further many restaurants and bars. There's paid parking which is a big plus.

Standard American breakfast everyday, it could have been more diverse though, with a variety of food selection. There are no vegetables, too bad!

It is close to the marina and sea. Ideally placed for free trolley busses. Loads to do. Bars and restaurants a plenty. What a place. The hotel has everything you could wish for. Staff were amazing and helpful especially Marina who went overboard for us. A happy smile greeted us each day and took time to tell us about where to go etc. Marina makes Hyatt worth visiting again ! Why use Hilton when you have Hyatt!!
