The owner was amazing and very accommodating he checked up on us while we were still at the airport to confirm our check in time.. Once we arrived we were giving electronic bracelets to access the front hotel access door and room. The hotel since a 1/2 block away from the central square which makes it a very great location and easy walk to all the central locations. We loved the hotel, staff and location... I would recommend this hotel for the great location and modern feel of the rooms, the area is very safe with many great options for food.. We were there for Dia de los Muertos and loved every minute of it..

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, quiet, and the hospitality from Ramon and staff was wonderful. We felt very safe and this AC was wonderful to have during the hot parts of the day. The bed was comfy and clean, and the shower, Wi-Fi, and TV worked great. It is in a great location close to the main sites of Centro. We are so appreciative of the hospitality of the Casa Quiote team and hope to see them again soon!

Great Central location in Oaxaca, lovely building with large rooms, Ramon was very helpful prior to arrival (as we were running late) & other staff were also helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. Wristbands for entry were a good idea, as less likely to misplace than keys! Kitchen facilities were also good, though we were in Oaxaca for the food, so didn't use them much! Good TV channel selection, including Netflix.

it has so much potential, could benefit from terrace bar/restaurant, courtyard breakfast area, more sitting/relaxing areas, more furniture, art on the walls, better towels, needs more creature comforts over time.

Owner always took care of our group. Super clean, modern, and traditional. Centric, spacious rooms and common areas. Staff always helpful and accommodated to our needs.

Location, facility, and room were excellent. Hotel staff very friendly and communicative, even for non Spanish speaking people. Temperature control was very easy.

Shower water temperature was occasionally very cold. Door to our room was difficult to open.

Everything about the property was fantastic! It matched the images online and it’s in a great location, one block from Zocalo square. The owner, Juan Ramon, was professional and helpful. The room was cleaned each day and overall it was an excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Oaxaca. Highly recommend!

Nothing, it was perfect.

It is a quiet place, well appointed, and an excellent location.

The towels. Although they were super clean, the material is very rough. Also, the hangers in the closets are positioned way too high.

The room was very spacious, new and clean. The people that attended us were very helpful: Isaac and the owner (that I can’t remember the name).

sometimes internet went slowly. But in general, very fast internet. O think it’s an easy problem to solve.

It looks like a fairly new property, all modern accommodations, very clean, in the city center, one block away from Zocalo. Staff was very helpful, even lending me an umbrella if necessary. Access to hotel and room is with an electronic wrist band, so even if there's no staff at the door, I could move freely anytime.
