The staff are incredible and helpful. Always very attentive and helpful! The pools in the villa are a great size! Good location nearby to lots of restaurants and shops. Very quiet considering it is off a busy road.

Our air conditioning didn't work very well - it made the villa uncomfortable by the afternoon when the heat settled in. The villas could do with some updating, eg, new air conditioning units.

The Staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, very helpful and polite. The property clean, relaxing, comfortable and absolute luxury from the living room to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms. The pool was the perfect size and a joy to dive into or lay by. The beautifully presented daily breakfast were divine and the all day food menu also delicious.

While the neighborhood was lively, once you entered the villa, it was quiet. You get the feeling of isolation once you enter your private villa. What a beautiful, calming stay. The place looks exactly like the photos. You would never believe you are rite on a main strip. The services was excellent. The food was even better. The staff was always friendly and served with genuine smiles. My family and I would deffinatly stay here again on our next visit. There are clubs, resturants, shops, beaches, all within walking distance. Usally no more than 1-10 mins from the villa lobby. At the time of my visit, you could never tell the beauty of the villas from the outside due to exterior construciton (see attached photo). It was almost as if you were stepping into another wourld once you entered your private villa. This was so much better than a hotel with mounds of people everywhere. They are still doing construciton as all the other posts have said. This was not a problem for us, as we were out early everyday. We informed the front desk when we would be out and in. They alwasy did the construciton while we were out. They are slowly increasing the number of villas.

All of the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and the kindest people. They do everything with a smile. The private pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing, you don’t hear any neighbours or other guests. Breakfast was always delivered on time and it was always fresh and hot, they helped us book a scooter, they always responded to all WhatsApp messages and requests very quickly. They allowed us to have a late checkout and shower before our late evening flight which was so appreciated. I cannot fault their service, they make your stay comfortable and I would love to come and visit again. Thank you so much!

The wifi strength was quite weak although I didn’t mention this to the staff and there’s no Netflix on the TV but neither of these were big issues.

There's a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, seminyak beach is walking distance. The villa is very spacious and clean. Food is great! They provide a refreshing towel, fresh fruits and drink upon arrival. Staff are very nice and helpful. There is no telephone but they are very responsive in Whats App.

The photos in the advertisement is brighter than the actual villa. ATM, There is construction within the property, cannot stay in their lobby because it is dusty from the works around. Can also hear the noise from the villa but i can say that they're trying to keep it to a minimum. Pool is not heated- cannot swim in the evening when it gets cold and windy. Property is Hard to find at first because there is only a logo in front. AMICI restaurant is opposite this property to help you out finding this.

The service was amazing, as soon as we arrived to the villa, there was staff to help unload our bags from the car and bring it into the room. Very well sanitised villas and was cleaned every single day and water topped up again. Breakfast was served ontime and they would message before hand to make sure you got your breakfast in the morning. When walking out for the day, would always be someone standing outside the reception asking if you needed anything else or if the stay was good. Alot of privacy. It was my partners and i honeymoon, they even have the room decorated with flowers and made it look nice.

Nothing to complain about.

Morden villas, 100% as on pictures. Pleasure for eyes. Quite big pool (more than usual), clean. Air conditioning in each room, including bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Staff is very friendly, 24/7 in WA chat. Cleaning is perfect. Breakfast is good, no worse than at any restaurant outside.

The property is under construction. Every single day it’s impossible to relax on the villa.

They have a complimentary taxi service to any restaurant in Seminyak. The staff was very helpful. The pool was amazing, the rooms have high ceilings and very generous bathrooms. They brought breakfast to us every morning. Our villa was tastefully decorated. It was my 50th and they help my partner organize flowers and other arrangements which could have been a disaster without their help. All staff made sure our experience was delightful. They are very attentive.

It was hard to find initially as they are extending the front part of the villa however as soon as we found out the reason it was not visible we needed to enter from sideways it was soo easy.

It was our first trip to Bali so we didn't know what to expect and our accommodation exceeded our expectations. We organised the Villa driver to pick us up from the airport, while there are probably cheaper options out there, he was easy to find, the car was comfortable and our driver provided us with an ice cold water and cold towel upon arriving at the car. He was calm and collected as he drove us through our first experience of Bali traffic (what an eye opener)! The property itself was a bit deceiving in a good way. Out front is a half finished building that makes you a bit nervous upon initial arrival, but behind it is a hidden gem. We had a single bedroom Villa with our own swimming pool. It was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our villa was serviced multiple times during the day (breakfast, general clean, nighttime for bugs/mosquitos etc, water top ups). It was always done discreetly at our convenience and never interfered with our stay. Location wise, if you don't mind the heat its a short (20 mins) walk to Seminyak square (shopping, markets etc). But closer to base there's a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs and stores within walking distance. The beach itself is about 5-10 mins walk away. We tapped into the services provided i.e. Breakfast, in room Massage, laundry and other adhoc meals. The staff were wonderful at coordinating this for us and the services itself met our expectations. All of the staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful in every interaction. We can't speak highly enough of them. In all honestly, it was hard to leave as we had such a lovely time. It was a perfect spot/place for a couple escape that gives you a balance of being close to the hustle and bustle of all things Bali but also offering a quiet retreat away from it all. We'd definitely stay again and would consider one of the two bedroom places if we were to take our kids.

Minor details and is slightly picky on my behalf. I would have liked a t-towel and dish cloth, just so we can tidy up after ourselves rather than expecting others to do it for me.

We had the most amazing time at iVilla. Not only is the room absolutely beautiful, all the staff are incredibly kind and lovely. No request was too big. They even went to the extent of sourcing a gate to put around the pool to keep my young one safe. You have all been so wonderful at iVilla and you will most definitely be the only place we stay when we visit Bali again. I cannot praise this villa or it’s staff enough. Thank you for everything ❤️
