It was beautifully designed, modern and location was excellent. All the staff were super friendly, very very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much when asked and prompt responses via the messaging service were always received. We particularly enjoyed the woobar which we enjoyed day through to night both food and drinks. Food was absolutely delicious every time. Our room was an ocean view room in the main hotel which was beautifully decorated, equipped with amenities and had the most beautiful view.

The only thing I would say is some maintenance is required around the pool, as there are broken tiles in and around the pool area which could be dangerous or cause injury.

The fogging that happens with no warning on 3 occasions straight onto us. Scary & dangerous being asthmatics & having allergies. Need warnings in place for this.

The staff are the W’s best asset! The resort itself is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was beyond excellent with the highlight being the breakfast staff.

The gym only has 3 treadmills and they were always in use. People who walk everyday and don’t go to gym were also using the facilities because it’s difficult to walk around the area and it was also raining most days. We also got a bad case of Bali belly from room service. We had only eaten breakfast and dinner in the hotel that day. We otherwise ate quite a bit in the hotel.

The location of W Bali Seminyak is ideal, situated close to the bustling heart of Seminyak, with spas and dining options within walking distance. The convenience of being transported by cart to the entrance was a nice touch. The villa itself was incredibly modern, with furnishings, art, and interiors that felt so Westernized and forward-thinking, it was easy to forget you were in Bali. While there were a few minor glitches, I was deeply impressed by the staff’s professionalism, particularly ANGGA and his team, who were incredibly sincere and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of those issues that actually highlighted the good points of the hotel, as the follow-up service was excellent. However, upon arrival, there was a welcome message card in the room intended for someone else, which caused a bit of confusion. These mistakes do happen, but it left me feeling a little disoriented, and I imagine the intended recipient wouldn’t be too pleased either. A hotel’s guest services should make you feel as though the accommodation is waiting just for you, and in this aspect, it was a bit disappointing.

10/10 luxurious accomodation from the minute the staff open your car door to your bedroom, everything is just so beautiful! The food was unreal, the service incredible. Our King size ocean view room was just stunning overlooking the beach and pools. Our room was so luxurious with the bed and pillows so comfortable, room furnishings and extra large shower. All of the hotel staff were so friendly and attentive. The Sunday seafood brunch was unreal! The gym provided all the essential gym equipment and the spa was next level!!!

For a W, it felt a bit old. Rooms felt a little worn out. Colours were faded (not like the pictures you see online). My curtains won’t draw completely (which they fixed immediately). The USB port was loose. If I’m paying 500 USD a night, I expect a little more than this. Even my check-in experience was quite annoying. A band was doing sound check in the main lobby. And I could barely hear the receptionist sitting across me. I know it’s a party hotel, but come on, a full blown musical event in the main lobby??

From the minute we checked in (and received an amazing upgrade to 2 villas) to the minute we left I can only say that the experience was amazing. From the exceptional Sunday brunch to daily breakfast above and beyond anything else we have experienced. One of the best things about this stay is the staff, I have never encountered staff who went above and beyond their roles. Whether in the restaurants or just being taken back to our villas by buggy the staff were friendly absolutely wonderful. They all deserve a big THANK YOU

Everything about W Seminyak is beautiful. The staff are just wonderful. The rooms are great, cleanliness is outstanding and the location is perfect. The pool is by far the best of any hotel we have stayed at in Seminyak. We visit Bali every year and have been for 13 years and this is definitely our favourite hotel. The only reason we don't stay here every time is because we like to have a change.

The music around the pool could be a little less doofdoof during the day. The demographic of people laying around the pool is early/middle aged so more appropriate music would be nice. The buffet breakfast was lovely but not as good as other resorts I have stayed at.

It was just perfect. The villas were so beautiful with everything you need. So many plus ones. The staff were all so lovely and added special touches all the time that made you feel special. From the gardeners, cleaners, waiters, pool staff to reception and spa girls were all exceptional. The hotel itself is very big but easy to get around and offered 2 amazing restaurants and a great bar right on Seminyak Beach. Close to everything. You are right in amongst it. Highly recommend.
