Location was perfect, everything was very clean and showers and bathrooms were cleaned every other day, single beds were quite big and spacious, the room wasn’t too crowded and the lockers were a great idea! We had a beautiful little balcony and great view from our room.

Elevator was very slow and the water coolers weren’t the best but really nothing to worry about.

I liked the staff, the property, the location, the common area in the lobby and the terrace.

I would have loved to find buffet for breakfast

Extremely clean! Double private room was spacious with large en-suite and small balcony.

We had to wait quite a while to check in as only 1 staff member on the desk.

The location was amazing

I didn't likt the bunk beds, they're so noisy and seems a little dangerous for people who stays in the upper bed.

Very clean hostel rooms, clean beds and bedsheets, bathrooms, facilities, renovated and with lots of light, everything works! The big plus is TERACE! It is rooftop bar with the view and DJ in the evening, nice vibes, good and affordable drinks, you can see now just hostel people but the locals visiting this bar for some events and celebrations. Hostel is very central but less touristy location, you can see many local and beautiful, classy places around. They have the ironing room, lounge with the big screen where people were watching the football cup.

- I've heard from few people that stay in the hostel that some stuff was stolen from the locked lockers of the room (money, electronics, speakers, ipad and similar things) while to the room only guests and cleaning personnel is allowed with the card. My stay was safe though. Bring your good locker with you, do not leave any valuable belongings in the room. -The kitchen area (excluding the Hostel bar and catering) has only the microwave. No forks, knives, spoons, napkins, cooking pans etc.

The hostel is quite clean and the entire facility is refurbished. It is close to the Alonso Msrtinez metro station (Lines 4, 5, and 10) from where you can reach every sightseeing spot in Madrid. At a walkable distance, several grocery stores (open unfil late), bars, restaurants, and the Museo del Romanticismo. Outside of the metro working hours, Night buses also steps close to the hostel, especially the N26 lines towards Alonso Martinez. The hotel has also a nice rooftop bar, a night bar, a laundry room, and two common areas for breakfast and leisure time. Staff is also nice and helpful. All the rooms are spacious enough, with lockers that can accommodate a cabin hand luggage, but you need to bring yout own padlock, or buy/rent one at the reception. Towels are also not included, but you can buy/rent one at the reception. Showers are individual separated from toilets, and each unit is lockable for greater privacy. There are two elevators to reach all floors, but you van also use the staircase. You can access your room using an electronic card.

Showers only come with a shower spayer, and no shower hoses or handles are available. Mind that all shower trays are very slippery since they have a steep slope, hence it is easy to fall and get injured.

Quite honestly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff at the front desk was really kind and helpful. They let you drop off your luggage for a very low fee while you're still not ready for the check-in which is very nice if you want to explore the city as soon as you arrive. The rooms were bigger than what I was expecting and the showers had a good amount of pressure. There are tables, a microwave and a vending machine in case you get hungry during the night. The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from the metro station and close to the supermarket and mcdonalds. I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is very well placed, with at least three metro stations less than ten minutes away by foot, making it very easy to access all of Madrid. The room and bed were comfy, if a bit hot at night, but eh, it's Madrid, so that's normal XD I didn't try the common areas much, so I don't have anything to say about it. All and all, it was a good stay, and I'll keep the hotel in my list if I ever come back to Madrid.

The only minor inconvenience is that things can get just a tad bit loud in the evening, because the terrasse hosts a lot of private parties. My room also faced the main street, so it can be loud if you sleep windows open, which is usual due to the heat. But it's nothing a good pair of earplugs cannot fix, so it's only a very minor thing.
