Centrally located on a quiet street. Small and cosy. Superb team of staff to welcome and help make things right when things go wrong . Rooms and everything else in the hotel is exemplary clean. Breakfast is simply beautiful- food / service/ deco. This is our second time staying in Orfilia this year . Still wonderful .

A beautiful gem of a hotel in a great location with exceptional, professional and so helpful staff who went over and above to make our stay so fantastic. Suite was stunning with beautiful furniture, lovely sofas, and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast delicious and huge choice. We appreciated the late check out hugely and look forward to returning to Hotel Orfila.

I was given a room that was a bit dirty in the shower. I called the reception and they upgraded me to a bigger nicer room. everything was perfect except for this very uncomfortable event that takes confidence about cleanness away. However after my second day at the hotel I realized that it was a mistake of the cleaning team and that the hotel cared about cleanness and a proper guest experience.

Everything was just perfect but the most pleasant aspect of the hotel itself was the extremely friendly atmosphere created by the wonderful staff. I felt welcomed from the minute we entered. The room was tastefully designed and I will never forget the super-comfortable bed and pillows. Truly worth the stay.

We began our vacation in Spain at Hotel Orfila and ended there before flying home. The Hotel and staff were very welcoming and did their best to make us comfortable. The staff are uniformly delightful. Our room was lovely. Their restaurant recommendation was excellent. A perfect ending to our trip.

everything from the moment I arrived till checkout. All the staff and particularly Nicholas were extremely helpful. They made us feel like queens and our rooms would be cleaned every time we go out, twice a day! i never stayed in a hotel where they clean our room twice a day! it was fantastic. also, they place oil massage for the foot on you bed every evening. this oil is amaaazing it cools your feet after a long walk in the city. i asked if i could have more and Nicholas was very generous. upon checkout, the reception gave us cappuccinos as a complimentary before going to the airport. honestly, i you want to stay in Madrid dont think of any other hotel. the hotels area is very chic.

first floor room, near the street you can hear everything. but it didnt matter because the staff in the hotel was more than perfect!

Very nice and spacious rooms. Responsive and caring staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent with great service and selection. Very quiet for sleeping with good access to major sites. Top quality hotel.

It was wonderfully cosy and extremely spoiling. The staff were amazing-Incredibly helpful, smiley and thoughtful. Martina the receptionist was exceptional and really made our stay special, finding out information and giving us directions. We took our car and the young man who parked it went out of his way to make it as easy as possible to retrieve our belongings and bring to the room. He even sourced tea bags for us when none were available! The restaurant food was delicious-we had the tasting menu-and our breakfast the next day was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect, walking distance from all the main attractions.

It might have been nice to have carpets on the bedroom floors.
