Hotel was nice, clean. And big, so plenty of rooms.

Having to pay $22 for parking at a hotel that I just paid over $100 to sleep in for less than 8 hours is absolutely ridiculous! I don’t care what the location is! Paid hotels should provide parking, period!

Amazing staff at 1230am she was amazing! Breakfast was amazing. I was supposed to have passes for breakfast included but they forgot but the front desk figured it out with 15 min left of breakfast. It was rushed but they gave excellent service and were very pleasant. Super comfortable and accomoadating.

That I didn't receive my breakfast passes sooner so we didn't have to rush breakfast. It would have been smoother. Also, somehow I was charged an extra $44 and spent time at the airport on customer service w Sonesta and they told me to call front desk and front desk hung up on me or somehow call was disconnected but they didn't call me back so I complained through booking.com that my rate was more than confirmed. I just got home. I'll have to check if it's been resolved. It's a shame too because I love Sonesta. I'm planning on trying to go to all your locations. So far I've been to 2.

I lost heat at my home and needed somewhere close and quick to stay so I called the hotel and spoke to a wonderful young lady named Elizabeth in Night Audit she was so very helpful I booked a room and was in route upon check-in I was greeted by Elizabeth's friendly personality my room was nice, spacious and warm. I ended up staying another night and had to interact with Lameka, you guys are on the ball with having great staff these two ladies made it all worthwhile, Oh!! the shower was amazing just what I needed after a long stressful day. I got dressed and went to the bar and had a drink which was the extent of my stay.

The bathroom was missing a towel rack and the hallways reeked of marijuana, there was a loud party on Saturday loud music, and rowdy people up and down the hall not enough to complain but just enough to annoy me. The marijuana smell was the worst,

I liked that it was close to restaurants and the airport.

The only thing I didn't like is the smell from the carpet . Smelled alittle like mildew.

The parking system should just let Lyft or Uber drop n pick up passengers have easy access to get out of parking lots. Also collecting money for room deposit n didn’t collect at exchange amounts. I just found out happened collecting more money for room n deposit n I have requested for the refund till now no news or response from the hotel. I’ll follow up on this hopefully will get my deposit back soon.

I liked the rooms and especially the beds so comfy and cozy. The showerhead is just beyond bath and body works. Last but not least the breakfast bar is soooooo mutherf*****g GOOD OMG... EVERYTHING IS REAL AUTHENTIC BREAKFAST. ..OH YEAH LOVIN THE LATE CHECK OUT THEY DON'T BE TRIPPING AND THE STAFF IS BAD ASS. SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL MOURISSA AT THE FRONT DESK LATE NIGHT TIP. GOD BLESS EVERYONE AFFILIATED WITH THE SONESTA... I WISH I COULD LIVE THERE FOREVER. I love the atmosphere there. I love the fact that the hotel has designated areas for smoking and its a relaxing area as well. I also like that you're not harassed by the staff about smoking your cigarettes being the fact that you're not allowed to smoke in the rooms, some people need that to relax from the day they just endured.

There should be extra wash clothes and towels provided. Especially if the hotel knows that there is a family that will be staying. Even though it was my husband and I, we were only provided 1 wash cloth and towel a piece for the whole weekend we were there. Nobody wants to wash their body with the same bath cloths and towels daily. It's unsanitary; especially for a female.

The room was decent enough. I was right in front of the elevators, but I really didn't hear them. I appreciated the coffee maker. The bed was comfy. I did get a good night's sleep. I liked the free Wi-Fi.

I did not like the $22 parking fee. I dod not like there was no microwave in the room. I had a slow draining sink, which was annoying. I didn't find the front desk t o be extremely friendly. They allowed another guest to go ahead of me, after I had been waiting patiently for about 10 minutes. The room could have used some modernization.

The room was clean and the staff was amazing very helpful, very friendly . The airport is literally a five minute free shuttle ride which is amazing we love that for us. The pool was nice but could of been cleaner and fixed up a little nicer we saw a water bug a huge one by the pool and it flew, so Mother Nature could of just been messing with us that day . Had everyone running and screaming 😱 other than that, a great stay ! I would recommend
