Great hotel, clean and tidy. Bed was super comfortable great sheets and the shower was good. Basic kitchen stuff but everything you could need. Staff on reception were both really nice. Only thing that they could improve would be to heat the swimming pool a bit.

Where is building work happening next door but they weren’t working when we were there, it was just a bit of an eye sore but not the hotels fault.

Prime location right next to the sea. Fully equipped with everything you might need and maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness. A bit pricey, but worth it for the quality.

Location amazing - we knew it so specifically book these apartments. View is fantastic from poolside but unfortunately our apartment didn’t overlook the sea. Pool looks lovely but we swam in thesea

If you want to stay longer than the 3 days we did, you’d want better cooking facilities. Maybe the flats have fuller kitchen facilities

This is my third stay at these apartments. I love the location, it is central and close to everything in El Cotillo. The staff are always very friendly and polite. The facilities are fairly basic, but good. It is much appreciated to have a coffee machine (you can buy the pods at the supermarket). There is a lovely little pool on the roof that is kept clean. The value for money is always good at Ocean View.

The bed frame (room 17) is very squeaky and needs some attention. Every time you turn over in the night, it wakes you up. Noise travels so easily in these apartments too, and so it was not great hearing shouting and arguing from next door, late at night, plus every detail of their bathroom use! I guess it depends which apartment you stay in too as this has not been so noticeable in the past.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The balcony was large and was in the sun from 2.00 pm. till sunset...and the sun set right in front of us. The sea view was very pleasant, and the rooftop pool area offered 360 degree views of the town. The 2 receptionists were very nice and eager to help wherever possible. All in all, a very successful holiday destination.

The lift was broken for a 2 week period during our stay. The privacy offered at Ocean View means that occupants must sweep and wipe their own interior surfaces. A small matter as far as we were concerned.

Spacious apartment. Extremely helpful reception staff. Clean bed linen and towels efficiently delivered once a week. Location superb for beaches, harbour and old town and buses - beautiful views from the front. Very good value for money.

Hadn't fully appreciated that some of the apartments look over the car park (but then again the ocean is only 10 seconds' walk away and the carpark views have sunny mornings and large terraces). Would have liked an oven as well as a hob + microwave for a longer stay.

Peaceful location by the harbour in the old part of El Cotillo. Numerous restaurants nearby and a good supermarket in the next street. My room was huge, designed for mobility impairment, the kitchen was well equipped though without an oven, just four-ring hob. The rooftop pool gives fabulous views. The staff are friendly and helpful, a faulty toaster was quickly replaced.

The elevator was out of use for the whole week I was there. If I had been mobility impaired this would have been very serious.

the property was much bigger than expected we were pleasantly surprised there was also a bath and shower, it was a very quiet location and the kitchen had every necessary appliance.

there were small bugs in the kitchen and bathroom they were smaller than ants and completely harmless we kept all the sides slightly damp to stop them and it worked slightly wasn’t worth moving rooms for so can’t complain too much. hot water in the bath and taps was slightly temperamental when in the shower the hot water would run out leaving it barely warm. can’t complain about location but our balcony faced on a car park.

Perfect location in a cozy town, close to the beach and with perfect view for the ocean and for sunsets from the poll. Everything clean, beds comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. No problem with check-in and check-out at any hour. There was a basic body&hair lotion in the bathroom. Dishwashing liquid, sponge and all basic utensils in the kitchen. We also got an iron from the staff on request. We got towels changed once during our 8-days stay. There are laundry mashines in the basement but we didn't use them.

Wi-Fi is poor, not enough for a good video-call. Recommend having your own data if you want to stay connected. The hot water pressure in the bath was changing quite frequently, sometimes it was very low, which was quite annoying but actually you can deal with it.
