Excellent location in historic center - walk to everything including restaurants, bakery, pharmacies, shopping. 1 block from Francisco Madero pedestrian street and Metropolitan Cathderal & Zocalo. Good size bathroom with walk-in shower. Hoteles MX has good breakfast buffet at all location, all day Coffee/Tea, microwave.

Location Location Location! It was super convenient! I will definitely book back there, it was 2 - 3 mins walking to the Zocalo, 8 -10 mins walking to the Alameda, and another 15 -20 mins walking to the LAGUNILLA I mean wow! The place is fine, the bathroom is fire! It is a small room, but definitely worth what you are paying for!

There were just a small handful of things that were not that great, there are some people living in the streets, and sidewalk right outside the hotel, making it look sketchy and kinda unsafe. Also, the pillows could be better (or more hehe), and finally, there were quite some mosquitoes in the room.

Location was great! Such a short walk away from Zocolo buildings. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly too!

The room was very small, however it was fine for one person! There also was no air conditioning (but I’ve heard this is very common in Mexico City). Breakfast was basic, but it was included at no additional cost so I cannot complain!

There falls advertisements. On the picture of one the rooms it shows a wall AC unit. Once i got there i was informed that there was no AC in the rooms and that a fan would be provided if need it when i mentioned that i saw other wise i was told that it was not. So some one is liying here is it u guys or the hotel? But pictures tell a million words and they do not lie. I have that picture. Now if i was informed correct about the AC then i would have made my own decision whether to stay there or someone else. Feels like i was trick into stay with this hotel. I highly recommend that be rectified. I have attached the picture if u look closely in the left hand side this picture was taken a year ago.

Location is great. Clean facilities. Water bottle daily in the room. Staff is great. Security at the door all day and night. We were able to do late checkout.

Homeless sleep near the doorstep during the night. Noice level is extremely high all day and night. There's a club right in front that closes at 4am. We knew it was going to be loud but it was all day and night. No central air so we needed the window open and had to put up with the loud noises. Rooms are tiny, tiny. Bed too hard for our liking. Breakfast is repetitive everyday. Staff serves you. You can not get extra towels. One per person.

Hotel is in the centre of Centro Historico and oyu can go by foot and see all the attractions in the neigbourhood. Wifi was perfect, staff was kind and we feel safe. Room is overall quite small but it has everything you need and is clean.

We were on 1st floor and the noise was a lot. Every night there was a noise from the partying that lasted up until 2-3 AM and even staff talked so loudly, blasting music, it was really hard to fall asleep. Ask for a higher room or bring ear plugs. There also wasn't coffe at the breakfast for couple of days.

Inside your room you can hear noises from the hallways such as people slamming doors, walking and talking. If the room has windows, there is no air conditioner.
