Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, well-maintained facility, and clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower worked well - which isn't always the case elsewhere. The prices at the pool bar are fair, as well as the hotel's taxi service, which we used several times. Definitely recommendable.

Make sure to book a bungalow or room with balcony - otherwise you will get a room towards the street which is noisy. We had one and switched to a balcony room after one night.

I spent a pleasant relaxing week in the bungalow by the pool. I can warmly recommend this place!

Everything about the property ticked our boxes, the location, the style (single villa), the included breakfast but most of all the friendly and helpful staff.

The property itself may be aging a little, but it made up for it in other ways.

Good location, staff were friendly, directly onto a lovely beach. Breakfast was good and made me a packed breakfast for the day I left early.

I was in one of the rooms with the street outside so was quite noisy. Also the air conditioner was noisy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful .... breakfast was great especially the egg station. The beach was fantastic and loved our one hour walk each morning before breakfast ... so peaceful.

The first few days of our stay our room was not cleaned very well .... still had soap all over the basin ,,, toothpaste splatter on the mirror. On one of the days after the room was cleaned I went to the cleaner on our floor and ask her for cleaning products to clean the room myself, which I did. Towards the end of our stay we had a very nice cleaner and she was exceptional with the clean.

Best location on Chaweng Beach. Away from the noise, clean sea, plenty of sunbeds and more were given if needed. The pool is clean. Nice happy hours. Very good breakfast with plenty of different options everyday.

There is no difference between standard and comfort room, yet comfort is more expensive. The property is a bit old and the beachfront is a bit run down, but it doesn't really affect your stay that much. The rooms look great at first sight but after some time you start noticing that they are not maintained properly, could use some fresh paint and deep cleaning. Also a big issue is the lack of place to dry your clothes. There is no drying rack in the room, everything is wet. Beach towels are changed during room cleaning, but you can't hang them anywhere to dry so it's difficult to use them even for one day. The bedsheets are terrible - it's a blanket wrapped up in sheets, not closed in them, so keeps falling apart so you wake up with an old, worn out blanket all over you.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the main building on the sea side. The breakfast was great- good variety and very fresh. I liked that we could get fresh eggs any way we like- scrambled, fried etc. The location on the beach is great. Loved the happy hour cocktails in the beach bar! The staff were v kind especially the cleaning ladies!

Some of the other guests are quite selfish- they reserved a pool lounger and then go off to do other things for hours despite the pool rules . So unnecessary and annoying… it’s always the most grumpy looking guests haha 😂

Great location and great amenities

The staff really made the stay great for us, all of the staff were really friendly (restaurant staff especially) and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was also clean and well made up as expected. The breakfast had a good choice of things too eat both hot and cold. There are ample sunbeds laod out on the beachfront from 8am each morinng

Bathroom of our room was a little dated but still OK, shower heads could do with a good descaling
