As always, the staff wrnt out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Louise - the nicest person. She was very proffesional and made us feel at home. The rooms are immaculate. We wanted to braai, everything for yhe braai were provided even marches and firelighters. The braai area were cleaned properly and rooms are very comfy. Breakfast was superb and once again, even though we were the only ones at the B&B still provided us with the red carpet experience. This is our second time we visit this B&B and we will defnitely go back again and again. They never dissipoint. The fees are affordable and the services and facilities are immaculate. Tou will not be dissipointed.

There's absolutely nothing I can complain about. This place is perfect.

We had an incredible stay at Bydand at the end of our month long trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner was so kind an accommodating. Having access to the braai was a great perk, and the pool was perfect on the hot days. The close proximity to everything the Addo region has to offer was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again. We returned home and were still craving the fruit salad that we had each morning with breakfast. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality during our stay!

The owner and staff are all very helpful/welcoming. Only a 15 minute drive to Addo Elephant National Park and also close to the supermarket (Spar)/cash machine. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was poor and there is no running water during load shedding but this is only something to be mindful of if load shedding occurs in the afternoon/evening. The generator is turned on if load shedding happens in the morning.

Excellent in all aspects apart from access from the main road. Owners gave very clear travel guidelines & advice on route to use, including advice to ignore Google maps

Access from the main road was difficult due to road works, especially difficult at night. Obviously beyond the owners control but still a problem. Directions to the property by Google is bad.

Very family-friendly place, conveniently located to explore Addo. Lo-Mari was a great and friendly host. The kids enjoyed the pool and the playground. The best thing in the end was to leave with a clean car.

There is not much to mention here. Mattress was alright but could be more comfy. Bathroom could be modernized.

The owner was really nice! They made us feel very welcome, were very helpful and mindful. We had a baby with us, so at breakfast they had always set up a baby chair with plastic plates and cup for us. Thank you!

Nothing really in particular.

WFriendly and helpful staff. My daughter enjoyed the jungle gym and swing....nice touch when travelling with children. The duplex rooms are very comfortable and as described. Loadshedding: a generator is available should the need arise for power. Lovely cooked breakfast. When packing my car, I realised it had been washed and ready for our next adventure... a lovely touch which was very much appreciated. Thank you LoMarie for a wonderful stay.

Heads-up: those who have wondering toddlers or children who cant swim, there is an irrigation dam close to the property which may cause some stress on parents. Although it does create a beautiful environment.

Breakfast was very, very good. Hosts prepared a goody bag for every morning we went out to the addo elephant park. Hosts were open for recommendation and cleaned our laundry. Very open, friendly hosts.

No self catering facilities or restaurant for the evening, but does include a lovely breakfast

Breath taking views.... Clean neat and hospitality was great. Enjoyed our stay and the breakfast for vegetarian was superb 👌
